Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im The Pacific Sutera Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtungen waren ausgezeichnet, besonders der Swimmingpool. Das Frühstück war köstlich mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist auch günstig und nah an vielen Attraktionen. Insgesamt war es eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Sehr empfehlenswert, und ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten!

This is a beautiful, tranquil, and relaxing resort that blends seamlessly with nature. The private beach, stretching for several kilometers, is stunning and impeccably clean. Walking along the beach is very peaceful, and despite its size, the presence of lifeguards ensures safety. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the buffet is delicious!

shangrila is a very good hotel and good service too but due to renovate my room from pool view to construction view. the reception staff told me i will get some refund of my money. Please make sure u pay me back.

Frotndesk at magellan is great. I like the girl manage my check-in and check out. Swimming pool have 3 inclue the olympic size pool (magellan and marina golf), gym have jacuzzi and sauna, kiddies playground (marina golf) my husband and my two girls love it. The staff is great and very well manage me,my husband and our two girls needs. Not enough time to explore pan pacific hotel but in future plan. Sorry to say this, the receptionist at 5 sails restaurant i am very dissappointed during our breakfast. Not well manage in house guest instead i have to do all the work for the receptionist for what i have paid. I did not bring along my veluable belonging around the resort because i want to relax and stress free. Just keep it inside safety box. I have to go up and down (room <> 5 sails) a few time just to fullfilled the receptionist needs. Without the receptionist saying sorry and think of solution instead guest service staff to apologize on behalf of the receptionist. I don't like it.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Es liegt in der Nähe vieler Einkaufszentren, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist, wenn man vor dem Rückflug noch einkaufen möchte. Es gibt auch Nachtmärkte in der Nähe, wenn man gerne Schnäppchen jagt und einfach in die lokale Atmosphäre eintauchen möchte! Ich liebe malerische Ausblicke, und das Hyatt hat hier, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, geliefert. Das Hotel ist sauber und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Ich würde das Hyatt wirklich empfehlen!
