The room was small, and the water heater in the bathroom was missing, which forced us to take cold showers. The worst part was that mothballs and air fresheners were placed in the bathroom, and their strong scent triggered my nasal allergies all night, keeping me awake! Imagine if someone had a G6PD deficiency; how could they possibly stay in this place? 🙁 Aside from this issue, the overall facilities were okay. Most importantly, the meals were much more abundant and delicious than I expected, and the staff was very friendly with an excellent service attitude, which is truly commendable! 😃

First time trying Tandem Paragliding and it was definitely a wonderful experience despite the initial location hiccup with the vendor. After arriving at the facility, I was given the safety briefing before being transported up to the paragliding location in a jeep. The wind in Ranau was great and I was airborne for approximately 6 mins and caught the breathtaking view of Mt. KK and the neighbouring towns before landing safely together with pilot, Sabrie. All in all, it is definitely a good experience for those who have not tried and been wanting to do so. With the picturesque mountain view, you couldnt have chosen a better location to attempt your first tandem paragliding.

Mount Sossodikon offers incredibly beautiful views and is great value for money. The ATV ride is a lot of fun. It would be safer for beginners to practice riding before setting off. There's road construction along the way with many engineering vehicles; the mountain road is steep, and there are no guardrails, making it both thrilling and a bit scary. However, the local residents are very friendly and wave as you pass by.

Ang lahat ay maayos na naisaayos at organisado. Mula sa pagsundo hanggang sa pagtatapos ng paglalakad. Ang accommodation lodge sa Kinabalu park ay napakaganda. Medyo mahirap ang paglalakad, lalo na ang alas-2:30 ng umaga papunta sa tuktok. Kailangan pang magbayad ng karagdagang bayad sa guide at transportasyon pabalik sa accommodation dahil lumampas sa itinakdang oras.

Napakasarap ng aming pananatili sa The Pacific Sutera Hotel. Malinis, komportable, at may magandang tanawin ang aming silid. Ang mga staff ay palakaibigan at matulungin sa buong panahon ng aming pananatili. Napakaganda ng mga pasilidad, lalo na ang swimming pool. Masarap ang almusal na may maraming pagpipilian. Maginhawa rin ang lokasyon at malapit sa maraming atraksyon. Sa kabuuan, isa itong kahanga-hangang karanasan. Lubos na inirerekomenda, at gusto kong manatili dito muli!

This is a beautiful, tranquil, and relaxing resort that blends seamlessly with nature. The private beach, stretching for several kilometers, is stunning and impeccably clean. Walking along the beach is very peaceful, and despite its size, the presence of lifeguards ensures safety. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the buffet is delicious!

shangrila is a very good hotel and good service too but due to renovate my room from pool view to construction view. the reception staff told me i will get some refund of my money. Please make sure u pay me back.

Frotndesk at magellan is great. I like the girl manage my check-in and check out. Swimming pool have 3 inclue the olympic size pool (magellan and marina golf), gym have jacuzzi and sauna, kiddies playground (marina golf) my husband and my two girls love it. The staff is great and very well manage me,my husband and our two girls needs. Not enough time to explore pan pacific hotel but in future plan. Sorry to say this, the receptionist at 5 sails restaurant i am very dissappointed during our breakfast. Not well manage in house guest instead i have to do all the work for the receptionist for what i have paid. I did not bring along my veluable belonging around the resort because i want to relax and stress free. Just keep it inside safety box. I have to go up and down (room <> 5 sails) a few time just to fullfilled the receptionist needs. Without the receptionist saying sorry and think of solution instead guest service staff to apologize on behalf of the receptionist. I don't like it.
