Had such a fun time at LEGOLAND Malaysia! Super worth it for families and kids the park is clean, the rides are fun, and there are lots of activities for different ages. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff were friendly too. Perfect for a family day out or even a birthday trip. Would definitely come back

Facilities: The play area is spacious, new, and well-maintained. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their playtime, and we will definitely visit again.
However, one area that could be improved is the availability of drinking water. Currently, only carbonated beverages are sold, which is not an ideal option for children. Providing plain drinking water would be a great addition and would enhance the overall customer experience.

A fun and unique experience in JB, especially for families with young children. The snow area is not very large, but there is enough to keep kids entertained for about 1–2 hours. The ice slides are the main attraction and were enjoyable without needing to queue for long.
Winter jackets are provided, although bringing long pants and proper shoes helps make the experience more comfortable. The venue is generally clean and well maintained, and the snowfall effects add to the atmosphere.
Worth visiting if you're nearby and looking for something different from the usual shopping malls and indoor playgrounds. Just manage expectations—it's a relatively small attraction rather than a full-day destination.

redemption was easy. environment is awesome. but on-site purchase directly from venue is much cheaper than buying through klook

Though it was a small farm, the animals were very interactive during the feeding. My whole family enjoyed it!

Had so much fun making perfume for my boyfriend. The person in charge was so helpful and knowledgeable in the perfumes and helped us pick out the scent. Highly recommend for couple activities if you're looking for one

Great place and fund DIY own perfume. Staff are good and well trained. Location is convenient and easy to find.

Instructions are given in a laminated book, there’s a video to follow, need to use their wifi to access the video, signal is a bit spotty, it’s the birthday month for two of our girlies, they were given a free perfume. there are snacks and tea up for grabs, just make sure to wash the tools and cups before you leave! it was super fun and easy, a great bonding experience!

Both drivers to and fro were punctual and very friendly. The entire car ride was very smooth and the best part, because we were using the bus lane, we could skip the long lines at immigration for cars. We travelled during the Hari Raya peak season but we were in and out in a jiffy. Would highly recommend using them to skip the jam.
