Our journey from Singapore to Malaysia Legoland was made even more enjoyable because of the excellent coach service we experienced. From the moment we boarded, everything was smooth, comfortable, and well-organized. The coach was very clean, spacious, and fully air-conditioned, making the trip relaxing for everyone, especially after a busy day of travel. The seats were soft and comfortable, with enough legroom to enjoy the ride peacefully.
The driver was professional, friendly, and drove very safely throughout the journey. We appreciated how punctual the trip was, and the border crossing process was handled efficiently, which made traveling between Singapore and Malaysia stress-free. The staff were also polite and helpful whenever passengers had questions or needed assistance.
What we loved most was how convenient and hassle-free the entire experience was. Instead of worrying about transportation, we were able to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery on the way to Legoland.

We had a really pleasant experience with This company. Both drivers, Sayiq and Akmal, provided excellent service—they were polite, kind, and very helpful. The cars were comfortable and clean, and the drivers were always on time. Communication was smooth, and booking was hassle-free. 5 ⭐️

Expect that you need to do a little bit of waiting, especially the buses in Malaysia. But overall worth it.

The coach is punctual and comfortable. The tour guide explained the immigration process when we set off so we could save time going through the border. Both ways took less than 2 hours.

Great day at Legoland Malaysia. Hardly any ppl and overcast weather. Rain did not stop our run as they had many indoor activities also. We were able to do many rides as not many ppl and hardly any wait time at all.

front desk always helpful and polite especially the staff Mr Faris. Housekeeping if can maintain same staff for each level it will be perfect so wont have inconsistent items at times.

During check in, theres a miscommunication i believe. The receptionist told me that morning breakfast starts at 8.30 am and triple check with him and he confirm that it starts at 8.30 am. Later after dinner on check in day, i double check with another receptionist and then he confirmed that the breakfast starts at 6.30am.
Later during breakfast, the receptionist guy (Bilal as per nametag) didnt provide much hospitality as his attitude was not welcoming at all to the hotel guests. Please smiles a little Bilal 😁
P/S: Shout out the one of the staff that stayed professional and helped us a lot througout the events. He also keep checking on our event participants on the veggie dietary meals.
Theres a lot of room for improvement here but overall its a good stayexperience thanks.
