Singapore - Legoland Travel Bus Pass by Causeway Link Holidays

We booked the LEGOLAND Malaysia roundtrip bus + theme park ticket package and it was one of the easiest and most convenient ways to visit from Singapore! The pick-up and drop-off points were easy to find, and the immigration process at the Singapore–Malaysia border was well-guided by the staff. It really helped to not worry about transport logistics — just sit back and enjoy the ride. LEGOLAND itself was super fun, especially for families and kids. There were lots of interactive rides, LEGO-themed zones, and shows. We loved the LEGO Kingdoms, Miniland, and the roller coasters — great mix of fun for younger kids and some thrills for older ones too.

good experience but there is a hassle as the ticket given to me was expired. but when i talked to the agent they gave me a new ticket.

Expect that you need to do a little bit of waiting, especially the buses in Malaysia. But overall worth it.

I don't think all of their staff are familiar with this. We were almost not allowed to board as the staff in Singapore thought we were using EZ-link cards. Same thing happened with the bus driver in Malaysia. We insisted that they were bus passes, showed them our klook booking as proof.

it was hard to communicate with the staff and their pick up location and drop off in immigration bay area is not clearly communicated especially in Malaysia

Very convenient. We bought four tickets, but for some reason, two of the tickets showed as expired after only one use. We asked the staff, but they were clueless, but the drivers let us board anyway 🤣

Our experience at Legoland was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the transportation service we purchased with our voucher. We booked a coach service expecting a smooth trip, but the bus left without any announcement, leaving us stranded and delayed. As a result, we had to find an alternative route, which ended up being costly and very inconvenient for our family of three, plus my 16-year-old brother. We were dropped off at Anjung and then had to take a Grab just to reach the park. This chaos completely disrupted our day and added unnecessary stress. The lack of communication and reliability from the transport service ruined what was supposed to be a fun family outing. I do not recommend booking through this service.
