shangrila is a very good hotel and good service too but due to renovate my room from pool view to construction view. the reception staff told me i will get some refund of my money. Please make sure u pay me back.

We enjoyed the stay. Location is excellent and a short 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. Resort grounds are nice. Rooms are large but starting to get slightly dated. Food was okay. Great view of sunset
