We girls planned a mini daytrip to The Banjaran for some time off from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were very pleased with the location and the amenities. It was truly a beautiful experience.

An absolutely successful adventure – highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Kampar white-water rafting tour was simply amazing! We arrived at the pickup point half an hour early, but were still picked up perfectly on time after just 5 minutes. Our driver was also our rafting guide and incredibly nice.
The entire team made sure we were doing well at all times. The safety briefing was very thorough, so we always felt completely safe in the boat. A huge plus: even though there were only three of us (with a 10-year-old daughter), we got our own boat! They generally make sure that each group gets their own boat, which makes the experience even better.
They also took really nice pictures and videos of us. You don't even need to bring valuables or cell phones; you can safely leave everything at the office. An all-around successful excursion that I would definitely repeat. I can only recommend it to everyone!

The staff are very helpful and nice, conversant in English, and skillful in the rapid waters. They provided nice snacks in the middle and the end of the activity. They also provided good service in terms of transport and were flexible in the drop off location when we had another itinerary after. The toilets for shower were very clean as well. 100% recommend!👍

Great tour!! We booked the 3rd level in a group of 3, I highly recommend. The reviews are 100% right :) This was my first experience caving, so my bad stamina + minor heart issues was a concern (informed the receptionist during briefing, and she reassured me it would be fine). Our guide, Najmi, was very attentive and understanding, stopping for frequent breaks and check-ins. Level 3 was perfect, the first 2 levels are just a lot of stair climbing, but after that you walk through cold, crisp, clean water. Najmi was very calm and reassuring throughout the tour, especially the parts where we slid down rocks and crawled through short tunnels, he handled our fear very well! We LOVED the experience.
Transport and food was great! They provided so much snacks and food that we couldn't finish it haha. Showers were clean!! Everyone at Riverbug was so kind, even the receptionist gave us food recommendations <3 What a wonderful experience! I'm so glad I booked with Riverbug. Thanks Najmi!!

I wasn't sure, so I signed up for the intermediate course. There are four of us: my 9-year-old, my 11-year-old, my husband, and me. The intermediate course felt more like a practice session and lasted about 30 minutes. The guide took photos and kept us entertained. The children wanted to play more, so we signed up for the advanced course. It was great that we only had to pay the difference in price. The trail was very enjoyable, and the guide was kind and helpful despite his limited English.

We took the Adventure Trail with two single seaters hoping to try something exciting and we definitely did! We were the only group taking this trail that day, and we were accompanyied by two coaches. The Adventure one was really challenging but not impossible for first-timers like me, just that you really need to listen to the coaches' instructions and be careful. The whole trail should take around 2.5 hours but some more time was taken to fix the hiccups occurred with the vehicles. All in all, we truly enjoyed the trip and appreciate all the help and encouragment from the coaches along the way.
