Transport in Ipoh

Booked a ride to Genting Highlands one day in advance. The driver was very punctual, the trip was smooth and enjoyable, and we had a pleasant chat along the way. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommended!

Online ticket purchase is convenient, and you can pay with a credit card. Aerobus seats are arranged in three rows, making them more spacious, and the air conditioning is sufficiently strong. At the central station, you only need to show your proof of purchase to board. However, at Ipoh station, you must go to the counter to print a physical ticket and pay a 2 Ringgit fee to get the scannable ticket for boarding. Therefore, be aware that there are slight differences in procedures at each station. The bus journey was smooth, but you need to handle your own luggage. When disembarking at the central station, be cautious when retrieving your luggage due to the narrow and dimly lit lane, which sees a lot of bus traffic. Always be mindful of oncoming vehicles to ensure your safety.

My first time getting on such a spacious bus. I felt exceptionally comfortable on the bus. good experience. I really enjoy the ride.

The driver, Mr. Thiaga, was very friendly. He contacted us in advance to confirm the time and itinerary, and was extremely punctual. The vehicle was in great condition, and his driving was very smooth. He thoughtfully arranged a 30-minute rest stop along the way so we could use the restroom and get some food and water, and safely dropped us off at our destination. It was a wonderful experience.

Our driver was very kind to let us stop en route for a short 5-10 minutes to grab some fresh produce from Cameron Highlands. He was also very kind to have driven us around Ipoh to show us various key eateries and familiarise us with our area before reaching our hotel. Much appreciated - top notch service! I also learnt a lot about Malaysia and potential places of attraction should I visit Cameron Highlands and Ipoh in the future. Thanks!

I booked these tickets on 20/2 to travel on 22/2, 2:15 pm. Tickets for 11 am are sold out. We presented our vouchers at Unititi counter at Terminal Freesia. All the staff are so efficient yet friendly. It is a very pleasant experience. The coach is clean and aircon is cool. It’s so comfortable. The journey from Tanah Rata to Ipoh Bus terminal takes about 1.5 hours. We had a very smooth journey. Recommended 🥰

We got dirvers detail a day before. He arrived early and was very friendly. Gave us a quick toilet break on the way. Everything was very smooth.
