We booked the private transfer from Kuala Lumpur to Genting Highlands on April 7th, and the entire experience was completely seamless.
When traveling with my wife and our young daughter, Alisah, convenience and safety are always our top priorities, and this service delivered on both. The driver arrived exactly on time, was highly professional, and helped us load our luggage without feeling rushed. The vehicle itself was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-air-conditioned.
The drive up to Genting Highlands can be winding, but our driver navigated it perfectly, ensuring a very smooth and relaxing ride the whole way up. This took all the stress out of our transit. Highly recommended for a hassle-free journey, especially if you are traveling with your family!

Everything went smoothly for the transfer from Kuantan to KL. The transport provider emailed me and the driver Mr Jaya WhatsApp me one day before the trip. Even though the pickup was scheduled for 12 noon, we saw Mr Jaya’s van parked beside the hotel at 10.30am. Mr Jaya was patient, giving my elderly parents time to slowly board and alight from the van. He was also considerate, stopping twice during the 4.5-hour journey for us to take toilet breaks. He also helped us to load and unload our luggage and bags, and drove carefully, ensuring our safety.

Punctual, comfortable car, great communication and safe drivers. As an added bonus the operator is a tour company so I was able to easily organise a tour during my stay in Cameron Highlands. Highly recommended

We got dirvers detail a day before. He arrived early and was very friendly. Gave us a quick toilet break on the way. Everything was very smooth.

I booked these tickets on 20/2 to travel on 22/2, 2:15 pm. Tickets for 11 am are sold out. We presented our vouchers at Unititi counter at Terminal Freesia. All the staff are so efficient yet friendly. It is a very pleasant experience. The coach is clean and aircon is cool. It’s so comfortable. The journey from Tanah Rata to Ipoh Bus terminal takes about 1.5 hours. We had a very smooth journey. Recommended 🥰
