What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity includes one-way private transfer service, english speaking driver, toll fee, fuel fee. Attraction tickets are not included. Additional charges applies for child seat and additional stops which is subject to availability
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? The operator will send the driver’s details one day before your scheduled date by 6 pm (GMT +8) via email. Kindly provide the reachable email for you to receive the driver details
What are the standard dimensions for luggage that the vehicle can accommodate? Our standard luggage size is 24 inches: Height 24" (59 cm), Width 16.4" (41 cm), and Depth 9.2" (24 cm)

- Passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity after completing the journey across to Malaysia

- For long distance transfer, maximum 2 rest stops available along the long journey. Please notify your driver if you wish to take a rest

- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited

The bus arrived early. The driver will say whatapp. Make an appointment 1 day in advance. Good car. Clean. Forgot things in the car. The driver brought it back with him.
The driver is very friendly and will ask if you need to rest at the rest stop. The whole car is very comfortable for four people, but if there are seven people plus luggage, it may be a little crowded. The whole journey (from Kuala Lumpur to Penang) takes about 4.5 hours, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road.
The driver was very punctual and arrived on time five minutes before my appointment. I saw his car at the door but it hadn't come over yet. He had to arrive at the appointed time before he drove over. He was not a Chinese driver so he didn't speak Chinese, but it didn't matter to us. It is a designated location to the Hibiscus Resort, so there is no impact! Moreover, the price of chartering a car on the road is indeed cheaper than the price of chartering a car with a private driver! Because the car is a van, the seats are very large and very comfortable~ But I don’t recommend the Big Red Flower in Port Dickson!

A family of 8 with both checkIN & carryON luggages. Driver was very early. Scheduled for 2pm but he arrived at 12pm and let us known in advance should we need to load up our luggage first he’ll be available which is very respectful. Smooth drive thru KL & lovely driver.

The store near the Kuala Lumpur Airport goes directly to the Golden Palm Resort. The car arrives on time to pick up the purple van, which is super easy to recognize. It’s a big platform~~ Four people, one car, four coffees, and luggage can be packed with 1-2 people, the more cost-effective~~ Unfortunately, you can’t book a return trip ( Asked the customer service) Obviously read the message that someone booked the return trip, maybe the route is different... The cup holder is very slanted, so funny🤭 Push it👍
Driver is on time and knows the way. The journey is smooth. Feel safe traveling in the vehicle. The aircon in the car is a bit lacking though
We booked the private transfer from Genting to JW Marriott, Bukit Bintang in KL. Mr Sri was our assigned driver. He was professional, enthusiastic and passionate about his job. His expert navigation and route knowledge drove us safely and timely to our destination. His great personality also made our trip enjoyable.
Mr Nelson was still our driver. i think it was a great idea to send us the same driver. thank you very much Ivy Holidays! only a few Taylor Swift songs this time. haha picked us up at Pangkor Laut office and dropped us off at the Train Station.
