Clean, spacious and amazing location. its a 5mins walk from the pavillion and less than 20mins from most of the tourist attractions. i will definitely book this again when i come back to KL.

The hotel feels like you're in a luxury accomodation. Staffs are nice and hospitable. Location are very accessible, near some local foods and ten minutes away from MRT.

decent hotel for the price, few hours around check in lobby can be busy and bit of a line forms at elevators. room service (cleaning) times seam a bit sporadic times we left the clean room sign went out few hours and nothing, or they ring and ask what time so we go out and come back few hours later and still nothing then would ring our door bell after we get back and relax for cleaning.. in end just opted for clean towels and new water as we were getting frustrated. hot water on room seams to have a 5-10min limit and runs out so make sure have quick shower. king size bed in Malaysia is like a double bed-queen size in Australia not very wide. 24/7 check was great though checking in a around 4am just emailed hotel in advanced just to give them a heads up. overall the room was spacious and clean and had decent view. I just think cleaning was understaffed and elevators can get busy at times. overall still happy with the hotel good location.

very well located at good malls and places. just abit crowded at lobby and lifts. check in and out is fast. Pick up point is convenient for grab drivers too.

Repeat guest at Sleeping Lion Suites. The location is unbeatable. It’s very convenient and located at the heart of Bukit Bintang. Accessible to all sorts of transportation via Grab or Metro stations

Very busy hotel & long wait for lift. Room furniture is limited & has door to paper thin door to adjacent room that tends to be very noisy past midnight.

Repeated stay whenever I’m in KL. Very good location, but it’s suitable for those who want a fuss free stay but ok with very crowded lobby and lift daily.
