Location could not have been better, just a 10min from airport & main attractions, with a direct connection to Ipoh Parade Mall. Service is very friendly at Reception to Restaurants. Nasi Lemak at breakfast buffet is the best in Ipoh!

Nice stay with the jacuzzi. clean. nice food. stay at level 12 concept studio. will come again. photo of the cocktail FOC for level 12 guest. 5pm-7pm. supper 11-12am at lobby ground where breakfast serve in the morning too.

Prearranged with birthday decoration but doesn't make on time upon check in. Reception staff arranged when we go out in evening. The Studio room is a bit weird, the extra 10m2 sqm extra from regular room but no furniture beside a small sofa. The space just empty. The stay is comfortable and breakfast is good.

Large room and spacious bathroom. Nice shampoo and bath gel. Very comfortable pillows. Location okok, just need to Grab around. Breakfast selection can be better. Nasi Lemak chilli was good. Complimentary supper is a good idea for bonding with family/friends. Will stay in this hotel again.

First time staying in this hotel and I must say it’s a very good experience. The hotel provides free parking for the guests and we were able to check out and explore Ipoh town before going back to KL. The breakfast and supper were great and we enjoyed the free snacks and drinks in the minibar too. The only thing I would recommend is for them to use a better toilet paper 😅For a 5 star hotel they should use a thicker toilet paper 🧻 Other than that it was really good and I would definitely come back again

Didn’t expect it to be such a luxurious stay. The staff were all very nice and patient. There were complimentary meals served in the late afternoon and even supper, which was a pleasant surprise. Not sure if it was due to the room I booked. This is the first hotel I’ve given a full 5 stars—very satisfied with my pickiness haha.

Room is spacious. Hotel location is perfect with the shopping mall connected with the hotel directly. breakfast has limited choice but with fantastic choices of morning drinks such as Lazzi, Homemade soy milk, Ipoh white coffee.
