we had a great driver his name was Jefri , he communicated fast and well via email as my WhatsApp wasn’t working, he was early and waiting for us as we got downstairs from hotel, he was a pleasure to have as driver easy to talk and shared a good laugh, if we could have him for our whole trip.

Online ticket purchase is convenient, and you can pay with a credit card. Aerobus seats are arranged in three rows, making them more spacious, and the air conditioning is sufficiently strong. At the central station, you only need to show your proof of purchase to board. However, at Ipoh station, you must go to the counter to print a physical ticket and pay a 2 Ringgit fee to get the scannable ticket for boarding. Therefore, be aware that there are slight differences in procedures at each station. The bus journey was smooth, but you need to handle your own luggage. When disembarking at the central station, be cautious when retrieving your luggage due to the narrow and dimly lit lane, which sees a lot of bus traffic. Always be mindful of oncoming vehicles to ensure your safety.

Our driver was very kind to let us stop en route for a short 5-10 minutes to grab some fresh produce from Cameron Highlands. He was also very kind to have driven us around Ipoh to show us various key eateries and familiarise us with our area before reaching our hotel. Much appreciated - top notch service! I also learnt a lot about Malaysia and potential places of attraction should I visit Cameron Highlands and Ipoh in the future. Thanks!

I booked these tickets on 20/2 to travel on 22/2, 2:15 pm. Tickets for 11 am are sold out. We presented our vouchers at Unititi counter at Terminal Freesia. All the staff are so efficient yet friendly. It is a very pleasant experience. The coach is clean and aircon is cool. It’s so comfortable. The journey from Tanah Rata to Ipoh Bus terminal takes about 1.5 hours. We had a very smooth journey. Recommended 🥰

We got dirvers detail a day before. He arrived early and was very friendly. Gave us a quick toilet break on the way. Everything was very smooth.

Would highly recommend. The caves themselves were impressive and varied between huge caverns to low ceilings covered in stalactites, and the running river. The Grand tour was an adventure that involved scrambling, crawling and sliding, and traversing through through the river (getting wet up to chest-height). You needed to be agile and stable on your feet. I would recommend bringing a torch and headlamp, and shoes you don’t mind getting wet and dirty. —The tour took us about 4hrs, but allow extra time for commuting to lunch, showering and eating. We appreciated the shower. The lunch (vegan option) was very filling and delicious. —Our tour guide, Awa, from Riverbug Perak, was amazing. She was very friendly, and insightful about the history and geology of the caves. We felt safe with her. She demonstrated and gave instructions on how to navigate and climb the caves safely. —Terima Kasih!

We took the Adventure Trail with two single seaters hoping to try something exciting and we definitely did! We were the only group taking this trail that day, and we were accompanyied by two coaches. The Adventure one was really challenging but not impossible for first-timers like me, just that you really need to listen to the coaches' instructions and be careful. The whole trail should take around 2.5 hours but some more time was taken to fix the hiccups occurred with the vehicles. All in all, we truly enjoyed the trip and appreciate all the help and encouragment from the coaches along the way.
Highly recommend!
