Chengdu Multi-day tours

We are a group of five senior friends who traveled to Chengdu and Chongqing. The local tour teams in both cities were also very professional. Each day, they provided advance weather reminders, allowing us to prepare appropriate attire. Both drivers had excellent driving attitudes, ensuring safety and attentiveness, providing us with several comfortable long-distance travel experiences. Thank you all! Nancy in Chengdu and Xiao K in Chongqing gave us in-depth introductions to the local culture, history, customs, and unique attractions of each scenic spot, giving us a vivid sense of both cities and their human history. I brought my parents here. Traveling by high-speed rail is much less strenuous for seniors! In the past, it took a whole day just to get to Jiuzhaigou, but now we can leave Chengdu in the morning and arrive at the scenic area by noon. At Huanglong Scenic Area, we took the ropeway up the mountain (80 yuan/person for the ascent) and then slowly walked down to see the Five-Color Ponds. Four hours was plenty of time for the visit. On the second day, the sightseeing bus in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area went directly to the core attractions, covering Shuzheng Valley, Rize Valley, and Zechawa Valley. We walked about seven to eight thousand steps daily, and my parents weren't tired. Jiuzhaigou in July is lush green, the waterfalls are spectacularly full, and the air is fresh with the scent of plants and streams. Staying two nights at a hotel at the gully entrance meant we didn't have to move our luggage, which was very convenient. My parents enjoyed the Tibetan dinner and even watched a Guozhuang dance. The tour guide didn't enter the scenic area with us, but they explained all the important tips for visiting beforehand, which made the trip quite hassle-free.

Many thanks to the travel agency for their professional arrangements. The itinerary was well-planned, making the entire trip worry-free and smooth, leading to an excellent overall experience. I especially want to commend our driver, Master Xiao Li! Our tour guide, Master Xiao Li, was truly outstanding! He meticulously planned everything, drove skillfully, knew the routes well, and ensured a safe and comfortable journey. He proactively helped us with our luggage and enthusiastically recommended attractions and routes in Western Sichuan, sharing many practical and interesting tips. At each stop, he carefully reminded us of important details. He was responsible, reliable, and punctual, making our trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. Thank you very much! This trip was excellent, almost like a private tour, as our group only had two people. The driver, Xiao Li, provided great service, even helping us take photos. We communicated via WeChat and a translation app. Thai people can definitely use this service, as I didn't find many reviews from Thais. We got an SUV with water and oxygen canisters. The hotel was clean and up to standard. We could ask to stop anywhere (additional charges applied depending on the agreement). However, on the last day, we were unlucky and didn't get to see the snow-capped mountains.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this tour. The trip was extremely well organised and took us to many amazing areas of West Sichuan which would have been difficult to get to ourselves. Our driver Jia Wei Shi Fu was fantastic and made the long drives as comfortable and smooth as they could be. the concierge staff were also very helpful with booking our attraction tickets and extremely responsive to any questions or requests. As foreigners, we spoke only a bit of mandarin but we were able to manage using translate apps and still had a great time so I don’t think it’s an issue if you don’t speak mandarin. I can highly recommend this tour to others looking to explore this incredible part of China.

Was looking for a fuss free and worry free 2D1N tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong scenic area and picked this package on Klook. We were given clear instructions on when and where to meet, and were met at the Train station by our guide- 阿朵. She was energetic, really knowledgeable and friendly, her tips on which viewpoints to make time for and which are optional really helped make my experience great. We had sufficient time for all the stops, it did not feel rushed. For context, 我是来体验的，不是来打卡的。Both scenic areas were really gorgeous, do take the time to just admire. And as promised by our guide 阿朵，this tour had no forced shopping. Tip: take the cable car up to the Huanglong scenic area. it makes the visit much easier especially for older folks/people who are less mobile.

Initially, I was a bit worried because there weren't many reviews, but the tour operator was really proactive and helpful with instructions. Our driver was fantastic - friendly, supportive, and a very skilled driver. He handled all the ticket purchases and helped us with our luggage. He frequently checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable also. ​Although the long drive was tiring, it was absolutely worth it. Bipenggou and Dagu Glacier are stunning! Dagu Glacier is a hidden gem, the sightseeing bus stops at several great photo spots, and the views from the cable car and the mountaintop cafe are breathtaking. ​The hotel provided was clean, modern, and spacious. While breakfast was poor, the location was perfect - right next to Dagu Glacier, making our second day very easy and enjoyable. Even though I originally booked a large bus tour, the operator changed us to a small group of 3 because there weren't enough people, which made the trip even more convenient. Highly recommended!!!

Our driver for this trip was Mr. Zhuo Dibing. He picked us up right on time. We were able to provide our hotel name via WeChat to the tour coordinator after booking. The booking confirmation provided instructions for the coordinator to add us on WeChat. We could ask any questions about the trip there. On the day of travel, they also had us add the driver/guide on WeChat. Mr. Zhuo Dibing is highly recommended! He picked us up promptly in the morning and drove very well. He was kind enough to stop wherever we wanted to take photos. The service was excellent, and he spoke politely. If you don't speak Chinese, you can easily use a translation app to communicate with him. Our first night was spent in Hesui. There aren't many hotel options there, but the one we stayed at was good, with a heated bed and a small breakfast of congee, steamed buns, and boiled eggs. The steamed buns were delicious! For the other two nights, we stayed in Jiuzhaigou. The hotel there was excellent, with soft, clean, luxurious beds and a delicious breakfast. The driver transported us to all the attractions and even purchased tickets for us. For this trip, he covered only the entrance tickets to the park, in case some people just wanted to do a little sightseeing. However, if you want all the tickets, including the park shuttle and other tickets...

We had an amazing time on this trip. The pandas were adorable, and seeing the special summer treats like chilled fruit for them was such a fun experience. Jiuzhaigou was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery everywhere. Our group members were incredibly friendly and looked after us very well. We used WeChat translation to communicate, and they were always patient and helpful. It made the whole journey even more enjoyable.

The mountainside tour was very well organized, particularly in terms of transport and accommodation. Pickup was punctual and comfortable, and the journey up the mountain was smooth and stress-free. The driver Mr. Liew was especially helpful, professional, patient, and attentive. He even went out of his way to help us locate halal food options, which we greatly appreciated. The tour was well paced and the company helped us purchase tickets as well which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The accommodation exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, warm, and well-suited to the cooler mountain climate, with essential amenities thoughtfully provided. The stay felt safe and comfortable throughout. Overall, the strong logistics, supportive driver, and quality lodging made the tour highly convenient and enjoyable. Five stars and would recommend to anyone.
