The hotel's location is excellent, right on Chunxi Road. The facilities are complete with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, etc., which is also very nice. The high ceilings create a very comfortable environment, and you can see the beautiful night view of Taikoo Li. I highly recommend their butler service, which is also great. The butlers Nanfeng and Xiaohu are both very good!

It was a great location with shopping and food streets downstairs. room is very spacious. comes with free laundry. am very satisfied with the stay.

Clean bed, hot shower, and helpful front desk. Everything I needed for a short stay in Chengdu. The staff also recommended some local food nearby, which was amazing.

My daughter and I spent three wonderful days in Jiuzhaigou, and we were so lucky to have such a great tour guide as Ali! She was incredibly professional throughout the trip, explaining the attractions, history, and local culture of Jiuzhaigou in a very vivid way. She was also very patient and enthusiastic. The entire itinerary was well-paced and comfortable, never feeling rushed. She thoughtfully reminded us to take photos and to be mindful of the weather and altitude sickness. As a parent traveling with a child, this sense of security was truly important. Jiuzhaigou itself is like a fairy tale, breathtakingly beautiful, but with her companionship and care, this trip became even more unforgettable. My daughter had a fantastic time, and we learned so much about the local culture and knowledge. Thank you so much for taking care of us these past few days! If any friends come to Jiuzhaigou in the future, I will definitely recommend her as a tour guide. It was truly a wonderful travel memory ❤️

This 5-day tour was absolutely amazing! Starting from Chengdu, we passed through Honghaizi and Rainbow Road, and the scenery was breathtaking. The moment we unexpectedly saw the 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' was like a fairyland. The landscapes around Genyen were also stunning, and Moshigongyuan (Inkstone Park) felt like stepping into another world! The fact that there were oxygen rooms in high-altitude areas was fantastic. The travel agency's arrangements made us feel very secure, and the service was exceptional. Our dedicated assistant kept in touch with us via WeChat throughout the trip, promptly responding to and handling any questions we had. This tour definitely deserves a five-star rating!

this tour was amazing and exactly as detailed! There are extra fees as stated, but there’s tix for a local performance that is optional but very much recommended cuz it’s quite culturally enlightening. the comfy bus was v smooth and our tour guide 张晶晶导游 was so lovely n friendly. she had a way with words, incorporating questions that others asked into her group speech so everyone knows the details. she also told us many little details ie when to suit up for the cold, medications to take, how to adjust for the higher altitudes etc, things that I didn’t find when I was researching; I’m so grateful I decided to take a tour😮‍💨 There’s absolutely no pressure to buy anything, in fact we bought lots of snacks to share with each other and especially our tour guide, cuz she’s awesome and a crazily skilled photographer🤩🤩 love that she doesn’t smoke as well tbh, extra win imo Going in Apr means everything wasn’t as colorful BUT a lot less crowded too hehe~ might go again in Nov for the colors

Initially, I was a bit worried because there weren't many reviews, but the tour operator was really proactive and helpful with instructions. Our driver was fantastic - friendly, supportive, and a very skilled driver. He handled all the ticket purchases and helped us with our luggage. He frequently checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable also. ​Although the long drive was tiring, it was absolutely worth it. Bipenggou and Dagu Glacier are stunning! Dagu Glacier is a hidden gem, the sightseeing bus stops at several great photo spots, and the views from the cable car and the mountaintop cafe are breathtaking. ​The hotel provided was clean, modern, and spacious. While breakfast was poor, the location was perfect - right next to Dagu Glacier, making our second day very easy and enjoyable. Even though I originally booked a large bus tour, the operator changed us to a small group of 3 because there weren't enough people, which made the trip even more convenient. Highly recommended!!!

Our 6-day trip to Western Sichuan has come to a successful end, and I must wholeheartedly give our driver, Master Jinlong, a huge commendation! Along the way, we crossed snow-capped mountains and traversed plateaus. The weather was unpredictable, and road conditions were complex, especially when we encountered heavy snow, making the roads slippery and visibility low. Master Jinlong consistently drove with composure, demonstrating excellent and meticulous skills. He drove steadily and slowly, always prioritizing safety. Sitting in his car, even with the blizzard outside, we felt completely at ease. Master Jinlong is not only a skilled driver but also a warm and reliable person. When some members of our group experienced altitude sickness, he noticed immediately, helped with oxygen, and carefully looked after everyone, which deeply touched us. He also knows how to have fun—he took us to the best spots to photograph the snow mountains, showed us the starry sky late at night, and even found places where marmots appeared. These surprising moments became the most unforgettable memories of our trip. With him along, we not only felt safe but also discovered many unexpected sights and joys. Master Jinlong, thank you for your hard work these past few days!
