Reviews
This is definitely the best trip I've taken this year! On the first day in Yangrong Hade, the Tibetan-style homestay was very unique, the owner was very welcoming, prepared us a lavish dinner, and even sang and danced with us, the atmosphere was especially great. On the second day in Bipenggou, the scenery was so beautiful, we walked along the boardwalk taking pictures, and also experienced horseback riding, it was really so much fun. On the third day in Jiuzhaigou, the color of the lake water was really magical, we sat by the lake for a long time, enjoying the slow pace, and also saw many cute little birds. On the fourth day at Dagu Glacier, we excitedly took photos as souvenirs on top of the glacier, and also bought a lot of local specialties, the colorful pools of Huanglong were also very beautiful, we strolled and chatted, reminiscing about the wonderful time we had these past few days, the entire itinerary was reasonably arranged, not rushed, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, the tour guide and driver were both very professional, this trip was really worth it!
6. The Jiubida four-day tour is really cost-effective! The five-day itinerary checked off five super beautiful scenic spots, each with different characteristics. Yangrong Harde is tranquil and simple, Bipenggou has red leaves and snow-capped mountains, Jiuzhaigou has magical lakes, Dagu Glacier has magnificent ice and snow, and Huanglong has colorful ponds. Each place is amazing. The entire stay was in characteristic B&Bs or hotels, which were clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The food also had local characteristics, such as Tibetan-style hot pot, yak meat, and wild vegetables, all of which were delicious. The tour guide's explanation was professional, and they introduced the history, culture, and photography skills of each attraction to us. The driver's driving skills were very good, the whole journey was safe and smooth, and they also took the initiative to help us with our luggage. Such a rich itinerary, but the price is very reasonable. It's really too cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends next time if I have the opportunity!
As an outdoor enthusiast, the Jiubita four-day tour really hit the spot for me! The first day at Yangrong Hade was a great place to relax. I wandered around the village for a long time, experiencing the Tibetan life, and also hiked along the stream for a while. The scenery was beautiful. On the second day at Bipenggou, the hiking route was well-established, and the scenery along the way was breathtaking. Red leaves, snow-capped mountains, meadows, and lakes—every place was amazing. I walked and took pictures all the way, completely immersed in the beautiful scenery. On the third day at Jiuzhaigou, I chose a less crowded boardwalk to explore slowly and feel the tranquility of Jiuzhaigou. The lake water was crystal clear, and I could see the underwater plants and stones. It was truly magical. The fourth day at Dagu Glacier was the highlight of the entire trip. I climbed to the top of the glacier, feeling the magnificence of the high altitude, and also experienced the fun of hiking on the glacier. Although it was a bit tiring, I felt a great sense of accomplishment. Although it was a bit tiring to climb up to Huanglong's colorful ponds, seeing the beautiful scenery made it all worthwhile. The entire itinerary was compact but not rushed, giving me enough time to explore and take pictures. The accommodations were also clean and comfortable. The tour guide and driver were very professional. I highly recommend it to friends who like the outdoors!
Took my parents on a four-day tour of Jiubita, and they couldn't stop praising it the entire time! The first day at Yangrong Hade was serene, the Tibetan-style homestay was clean, and the owner was very welcoming, preparing us with yak butter tea and highland barley cakes, which my parents loved. The second day at Bipenggou was scenic with gentle slopes, perfect for older travelers. We strolled along the wooden boardwalk, admiring the red leaves and snow-capped mountains. My parents walked, took photos, and were in great spirits. The third day at Jiuzhaigou, the color of the lakes was truly magical. My parents kept exclaiming, "Never seen such beautiful water!" We strolled and took photos by the lakes, enjoying the slow pace. The fourth day at Dagu Glacier, although the altitude was a bit high, my parents were in good condition. Taking the cable car up was very convenient. Upon reaching the top of the glacier, my parents excitedly took pictures. They said they finally saw a real glacier. Huanglong's colorful ponds were also beautiful. My parents said the scenery was more stunning each day. The tour guide was very attentive, reminding my parents to rest and even providing oxygen tanks. The driver was skilled, the accommodations were comfortable, and the food catered to the elders' tastes. This trip was truly a success!
Originally, I was worried that a four-day trip would be tiring, but it was completely unexpected! The daily itinerary was very relaxed, with enough time to take photos and check in. The lakes of Jiuzhaigou sparkled in the sunlight, and walking on the boardwalk felt like being in a fairy tale; Huanglong's colorful pools are really worth a visit, although you have to climb a bit, the scenery at the top of the mountain is super beautiful; Bipenggou's colorful forest is so healing, and the Dagu Glacier's cable car is super exciting. Standing on the 4860-meter viewing platform, I felt so close to the sky; the night view of Yangrong Had's Tibetan village is super beautiful, and the B&B I stayed in was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
The Jiuzhaigou, Bipenggou, Huanglong, and Dagu Glacier 4-day tour is truly a visual feast! In four days, I visited Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong, Bipenggou, and Dagu Glacier, and each scenic spot was breathtakingly beautiful! The water in Jiuzhaigou is unbelievably blue, Huanglong's calcified pools are layered, Bipenggou's colorful forests and snow-capped mountains complement each other, and the snow-capped peaks of Dagu Glacier are so shocking. Yangrong Hade's Tibetan village is like a paradise. The itinerary is very reasonable, and the drive each day is not too long. The tour guide was very professional, and there was no shopping throughout the entire trip. A definite five-star review!
The scenery is 5 stars, but the tour guide is a local driver with a personality. Before starting the Bipenggou tour, a meeting time was agreed upon, and all the group members arrived on time. However, the driver was late to pick us up. He claimed that we didn't notify him via WeChat when we arrived, but we were not told to notify him via WeChat beforehand. During the trip, his words were inconsistent. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we had no choice but to accept it. On the fourth day, when traveling to Huanglong, the driver strongly persuaded us not to go because there was no scenery in winter. He said that driving from Huanglong to Chengdu on the fourth day would take 9 hours, possibly very late. He asked our group of six to discuss whether to go or not. Some group members booked through Xiaohongshu, and the tour fee did not include the Huanglong admission ticket. However, we booked through Klook in Hong Kong, and the fee included the ticket. We asked the tour guide if we could get a refund. The day before departure, the third day, he said it could definitely be refunded, so we decided on the third day not to go to Huanglong on the fourth day and go directly back to Chengdu. On the fourth day, the tour guide suddenly told us that because you voluntarily didn't go, the travel agency would not refund the ticket. Luckily, after getting to know him over the past couple of days, I knew his way of handling things. I communicated directly with the local travel agency via WeChat on the third night. The travel agency said it could be refunded, and I had written proof🤣. For mainland local tours, it's better to book directly on Xiaohongshu or Douyin. After communicating with the other group members, I found out that the tour fee on Xiaohongshu was cheaper than Klook, and the accommodation level was the same. Finally, on the fourth day, we had breakfast at the Jiuzhaigou hotel and then took a 7-hour bus back to Chengdu. However, when he persuaded us not to go to Huanglong on the third day, he said that it only takes 4 hours to drive from Jiuzhaigou to Chengdu, but 9 hours from Huanglong to Chengdu. After hearing this, all the group members didn't want to go to Huanglong... Also, the price booked on Klook does not include the cost of the sightseeing bus in the park, which requires an additional WeChat or Alipay payment of approximately HK$1000/2 people to the tour guide. Two of our group of six are from Malaysia and don't understand Mandarin. The tour guide asked us Hong Kong people to translate into English... This trip trained our IQ and EQ😌
It was so smart to join a small group tour to Western Sichuan! The itinerary wasn't rushed, and we didn't have to get up early every day to catch the bus. The beautiful scenery of Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong was a feast for the eyes. Dagu Glacier provided oxygen cylinders, so we didn't have to worry about altitude sickness. The driver was skilled, the hotels were clean and comfortable, and the food was to our taste, perfect for us seniors.
Taking this route with kids is so worry-free! The small group size means it's not crowded, and the spacious 9-seater nanny van ensures the kids are comfortable. Huanglong's colorful ponds are like a painter's palette, and Jiuzhaigou's waterfalls kept the kids captivated. The hotel included breakfast and complimentary bottled water, and the driver was patient and reliable. The whole family had a great time!~
This four-day trip unlocked four of Western Sichuan's most beautiful sights – so worth it! Jiuzhaigou's lakes are crystal clear, Huanglong's colorful pools are dreamlike, Bipenggou's snow-capped mountains and meadows are incredibly healing, Dagu Glacier's ice and snow world is like a fairyland, and Yangrong Hade's Tibetan village has a rich cultural atmosphere. The entire itinerary was well-planned, unhurried, and allowed us to fully appreciate each scenic spot, making for a fantastic experience!
