One of the best experiences in Vietnam. I am ecstatic with the pictures, make up, hair, prep, and quality of work overall. I booked two sessions for myself +bf and my bf’s mom. Both photographers had perfect poses, instructions (in English and Vietnamese), and angles for each area. I was afraid of being awkward but that worry was so quickly gone when we started shooting. The care the photographers have is awesome. They love what they do for work and the craft shows it. Highly recommend this whole experience.

Every arrangement made was accordingly. The private transfer and transport were good and comfortable. All the drivers that served us were very punctual. The only issue was communication with the driver due to their English proficiency, but it can be resolved with Google Translate. The service from Mie (SST travel )is superb. She responded fast to all my enquires and problems. I will definitely looking for her for my next trip to HCMC.

📍Attractions: In the first day we visited the Hoa Lu old town by riding 15mins of bike, had the lunch buffet nearby, Trang An Landscape and Mua Cave. In the 2nd day we had a trip to Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave and Ti Top Island by taking a tourist yacht. Every one of above attractions are indescribable amazing!
📍Tour guide: The tour guide in the first day calls Jobs who’s a really funny young guy with a really nice English expression skill. Our 2nd day tour guide is Ken. He’s a great man with a lot of experience in the area of Ha Long bay.
📍Accomodation: During the night in Tam Coc, we stayed in the Tam Coc Little Charm Villa & Bungalow. The staffs was really friendly and professional. The downtown Tam Coc is only 5mins away from the hotel by the bicycle which we could freely borrow it from the hotel.
📍Summary: We really enjoyed the 2 days trip with Cozy tour, strongly recommended! 👍🏼

Trip to Sapa was great. Managed very well by the team. There were some things which could have been improved. There was no guide during the trip so the guests were facing difficult to speak with Vietnamese driver. Team got a solution to chat with them which they can convey to the driver. Also, some of the seats were already reserved by them and we were told to sit behind even when we were first to on board, so that was weird. For the cat cat village the trek was great and our guide chai was very accommodating.

Thank you to Klook for arranging our three-day trip to Sapa. Our local tour guide, Mie, took us to Cat Cat Village and various scenic spots, giving us an unforgettable opportunity to experience the local community, its people, and its unique cultural traditions. What impressed us the most was walking along the small paths through the countryside and seeing the beautiful terraced rice fields, with their layers of golden rice swaying in the breeze. It felt like stepping into the peaceful and picturesque world described in the famous Chinese work "The Peach Blossom Spring" by Tao Yuanming, which was truly a touching experience. We also had the opportunity to see and learn about the local embroidery culture. This was a wonderful and memorable journey, and we sincerely appreciate Klook and Mie for making our Sapa experience so special.

Best tour group ever!! the nicest people, delicious food and amazing views! Drivers felt so safe and experienced! our tour guide was also very knowledgeable and helpful! Homestays were clean and very comfortable! I really cant say anything bad! Our first full day we got stuck in a rain storm and we were given rain ponchos, pants and feet covers! We were still safely brought to our homestay and got to relax and get comfy before our meal! I would definitely book again with this group🫶🏻 Thank you for the amazing experience!

We really enjoyed our tour with SST travel. Elise was very helpful and professional, and an excellent communicator.
We loved our day in Ninh Binh, bike riding and the amazing boat ride were the highlights. Our tour guide Lee was informative and entertaining.
The cruise on Ha Long bay with Sea Star Cruises was incredible- we loved the kayaking activity and everyone on board were attentive and helpful.
