- Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
Meet-up information
- Make sure to arrive on time
- Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded

Age & eligibility
Eligibility
- This activity has no age limit
- Children aged 0-8 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 9+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Child from 1-4 years old: FREE of charge for the 1st child traveling with 2 adults (sharing seat on Limousine with parents). The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult rate.
