A must-try in Hanoi! The staff are very warm and accomodating. When we arrived at the spa, they gave us slippers and welcome tea. Then they asked us to choose which oil we would like to be used in our massage. After that we were lead to the elevator and when we got to our floor, the masseurs greeted us and showed us to our room. It’s a huge room, neat and cozy. The massage was great and one of the best that I had! It definitelt recharged us from all the tiring walks and tours in the past days.

Every time I go to Hanoi, I only get massages here! It's been 7 years now! I was worried because there weren't any recent reviews, but although the price has gone up slightly, the service and massage quality are still excellent. It was also more convenient because they have four locations. I'll definitely use this place again if I go back.

Early in the morning, I searched for a place to recover and found L’essence De La Vie Spa. Although the spa officially opens at 9 AM, they kindly opened earlier to welcome and serve me, which immediately showed their incredible professionalism and dedication to customer care.
I chose the 150-minute recovery wellness package, and the experience went far beyond my expectations. I was arranged in a beautiful private VIP room with a peaceful atmosphere that instantly helped me relax. Before the massage, I enjoyed a traditional herbal bath that made my body feel warm, refreshed, and fully relaxed.

The massage techniques here are absolutely world-class. Every movement was skillful, precise, and deeply therapeutic. I could literally feel all the stress, tension, and body pain melting away within minutes. What surprised me even more was how reasonable the price was compared to the premium 5-star experience they provided. After the treatment, we were also served a complimentary nutritious meal that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
This was not just a normal spa session — it felt like a luxury wellness retreat and a true healing experience for both body and soul.

I had an amazing experience at this spa!
I was warmly welcomed by the manager (I forgot his name), who was incredibly polite and friendly from the moment I arrived.
The staff member assigned to me, Van, was excellent. She consistently checked if the massage pressure was comfortable and made sure I was relaxed throughout the session. She also did my nails exactly how I like them—short, clean, and simple. She did such a great job!
Another staff member noticed me taking selfies while my feet were soaking in warm water before the massage and kindly offered to take some photos for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my visit even more special.
Thank you again to the manager and Van for making my experience so relaxing and memorable. I highly recommend this spa!

Overall the massage was appointed smoothly. I told the therapist to avoid the toes because I had bruises there and she complied well. Not only do they massage the feet but from the lower thigh down to your ankles as well. To finish it off, the lady did a little back massage. The service was great!

June 17th was my last planned activity before returning home. I scheduled it for the morning, and as soon as I entered, I noticed a stark contrast to the noisy Old Quarter. The facilities and environment inside were beautiful. The receptionist was very gentle and welcoming. Knowing I was a foreigner, she made an effort to speak English and slowed down so I could understand the process. Upon entering, I was immediately served iced tea and given a personal massage survey to understand my preferred pressure and scents. My massage therapist was also very patient, and I really enjoyed her technique. The hair washing area was so comfortable, and throughout the process, she gently asked about my comfort. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable, making this trip to Vietnam end perfectly. They even gave me a small gift at the end 💗. I'm very grateful to them. If I have the chance to visit Hanoi again, I will definitely come back here!! 💗💗
