My recent trip to Sapa was absolutely incredible, and it was all made possible by SST Travel Mie. Thanks to them, every part of my journey was filled with happiness and joy.
I was very satisfied with the hotel and the delicious local food. While there were a few minor issues, the team’s quick and heartwarming, family-like approach made all the difference, leaving me fully satisfied. Although the journey was quite long, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the trip thanks to our excellent driver.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude once again to Mie from the travel agency, the hotel staff, and our driver for their dedication. You all made this trip truly unforgettable. It was simply the best!

my sister, boyfriend, and I had a wonderful time with the tour guides we had on both days (Duyen and Leo)! There was a slight change to our itinerary (ie. the Mua Cave was done on the second day rather than the first day), but we still did everything as planned. There was also a mix-up about whether or not we would get a taxi from the hotel to the first attraction on the second day, but after clearing it up with the tour company, a taxi was provided luckily. Would definitely recommend if you’re tight on time to see all the main sites ☺️

📍Attractions: In the first day we visited the Hoa Lu old town by riding 15mins of bike, had the lunch buffet nearby, Trang An Landscape and Mua Cave. In the 2nd day we had a trip to Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave and Ti Top Island by taking a tourist yacht. Every one of above attractions are indescribable amazing!
📍Tour guide: The tour guide in the first day calls Jobs who’s a really funny young guy with a really nice English expression skill. Our 2nd day tour guide is Ken. He’s a great man with a lot of experience in the area of Ha Long bay.
📍Accomodation: During the night in Tam Coc, we stayed in the Tam Coc Little Charm Villa & Bungalow. The staffs was really friendly and professional. The downtown Tam Coc is only 5mins away from the hotel by the bicycle which we could freely borrow it from the hotel.
📍Summary: We really enjoyed the 2 days trip with Cozy tour, strongly recommended! 👍🏼

Overall, the trip was good. For the first day, the rice terraces were beautiful, but maybe because my hometown also has farming fields, I did not feel it was very special to me.
However, I really enjoyed the second day. Fansipan was amazing, especially the scenery, the cable car, and the mountain train experience. I would love to join again and visit Fansipan one more time when the weather is better, so I can enjoy the view from the top more clearly.

really appreciate the management of this tour. they make sure we are well taken care of throughout the entire trip. from Hanoi, prior arrangement was made, waited at the train station to make sure we on the right train. right up to the sleeper bus trip back. in sapa, only manage to cover 3 attraction, but def we will be back for more. recommending this to those whom just want a fuss free sapa trip planing, esp with kids.

Best tour group ever!! the nicest people, delicious food and amazing views! Drivers felt so safe and experienced! our tour guide was also very knowledgeable and helpful! Homestays were clean and very comfortable! I really cant say anything bad! Our first full day we got stuck in a rain storm and we were given rain ponchos, pants and feet covers! We were still safely brought to our homestay and got to relax and get comfy before our meal! I would definitely book again with this group🫶🏻 Thank you for the amazing experience!

110% worth every visit. I am an Aussie but parents are from Vietnam and the last time I was in Vietnam was in 2013. Ha Giang loop tours weren’t around at the time. I have seen this come up on socials or others speak of it. Thought it was best to check with my parents that this place wasn’t a tourist trap. They said it was a must and so beautiful. There were a whole lot of different tour groups and mum read each one saying loop tours were the best people to do the tour with. Vinh was our guide and he was lovely, same with the other drivers. Please tip the drivers and your guide as they have families they leave to work hard to keep everyone on this tour safe. I was a bit scared going on a motorcycle as it’s been years since going on one but these guys are experienced as this is what they do for a living. I’m so glad I had a group of 5 including myself on the tour where everyone absolutely loved have an authentic Vietnamese lunch and dinner not expecting dinner to be pho or banh mi.

This was such an amazing and beautiful experience. Definitely the highlight of our trip and we will remember it for a long time. Our drivers Cat and Nam were amazing, they drove us very safely and took us to the most amazing places, some that you could not go to if you were in a big group. They made the trip so fun and personal, stopping to take photos for us and even having a few drinks with us. I really hope one day we can come back and do this again as it was one of the most beautiful and fun things we have ever done. Thanks so much serenity and Cat and Nam for such an awesome tour!
