we had a great time with the cozy bay premium cruise. the pick up was good and our guide Jacy was so nice and she helped us at every time being. the itinerary was planned pretty well to cover the most and the sunset party was a banger for us! overall we had a great time.

We had a great time on our cruise. It was an excellent value for the money. Our guide Duc, did a great job explaining everything and even giving us a bit of history about our tour. The transfers were quick and smooth. The tour itself was not overcrowded but very comfortable. The buffet was tasty and fresh as well. I would recommend this tour to anyone that is interested in visiting Ha Long Bay.

tour was great, cruise was great, the only downside was how messy and unorganized the bamboo boat queue was. we waited so long at our gate that we ended up reaching the high tide and we didnt get to cross the cave.

It was a full packed day. Before we started to cruise in Halong Bay, we had a stop over at a silk/bamboo store. First thing we did when we rode the cruise was to have our sumptuous lunch. I just hoped there was steamed rice. Then we headed to the three destinations.
