Was weirded out first when we got into van shuttle bus but was told by the driver he would just drop us at their saoviet office near the airport about 1km away from the airport. Waited for 30 mins for our bus going to Sapa and it took us about 6 hrs and had 3 stops along the way. Better to bring your own food as the foods along the stop were priced at a premium. Overall it got us to our destination so it was good.
I was very impressed with Sao Viet's office in Hanoi Old Quarter. The office was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff spoke English quite well, which made everything easy. The bus itself was clean and very comfortable. I liked that the bed could be adjusted depending on whether you wanted to sit up or lie flat. The bed was around 1.70-1.75m long, so as someone taller than 1.8m, I had to bend my legs a little, but it was still comfortable enough for the journey. Most of the staff on the bus did not speak much English, but they were very helpful and used a translation app on their phones whenever I needed assistance, which I really appreciated. One thing to note is that food is not allowed inside the cabin. If you bring food, they will ask you to leave it at the front of the bus, and you can eat it during the rest stop. I would recommend having something to eat before boarding so you don't get hungry while waiting for the stop.
Very good experience with Sao Viet. The shuttle pickup service at the airport was convenient and well organized. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to find after arrival. I also appreciated having an office near the airport where passengers could wait comfortably before departure. Everything was handled smoothly, and the transfer between the airport and the bus was seamless. Overall, a reliable and stress-free service.
Good trip from Hanoi Old Quarter to Sapa. The Sao Viet office was clean, with snacks available and staff who spoke good English. Check-in was easy with the booking confirmation email. The bus was clean and equipped with a restroom. The cabin was comfortable, with a blanket, pillow, drinking water, and personal lighting. The aisle was a little narrow, but not a big issue. The trip took about 6.5 hours and a shuttle bus dropped us at our hotel in Sapa. Overall, a smooth and convenient experience.
The Sao Viet bus that I booked through Klook really impressed me. The cabin was spacious, although it felt a little short for me as I am over 1.8 meters tall and couldn't fully stretch my legs. Other than that, everything was great. Each cabin has its own reading light and a curtain that can be fully closed, making it feel like a small private room. There was a leather pillow, a warm blanket, and everything was clean and comfortable. There was also a TV screen in the cabin, although I didn't use it during the trip. One feature I really liked was the adjustable bed. You can lower it into a flat bed for sleeping or raise it to sit upright comfortably. The bus also had a small restroom onboard with a toilet, sink, and mirror, which was very convenient for a long journey. Overall, everything was smooth and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the service.
Great service from Noi Bai Airport to Sapa. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout the trip. I was picked up directly at the airport by a shuttle bus and transferred smoothly to the main bus. The bus was clean and comfortable, and upon arrival in Sapa, another shuttle took me directly to my accommodation. Overall, a very convenient and well-organized service. Highly recommended.
I used Sao Viet Bus from Noi Bai Airport to Sapa and had a good experience. Before arrival, a staff member contacted me on WhatsApp with pickup instructions. A shuttle picked me up at Pillar 17 of the international terminal and took me to the bus office nearby. I only needed to show my booking confirmation email before boarding. The bus was spacious, clean, and had a clean onboard restroom. The staff did not speak much English, but they were friendly and able to assist using a translation app. I also liked that shoes were stored in a cloth bag before boarding. Food is not allowed on the bus, but there was a stop along the way where I could buy something to eat. After arriving in Sapa, another shuttle took me directly to my hotel. Overall, the journey was smooth and well organized. I think Sao Viet is a good option for foreign travelers going from Noi Bai Airport to Sapa.
This is the second time I have experienced Sao Viet's service during my trip from Hanoi to Sapa. They have friendly and enthusiastic drivers, and their pink buses are very beautiful. The interior is comfortable, and there is even a very clean restroom on board. Their office waiting area also offers complimentary snacks for passengers while they wait for the bus to arrive, which is a thoughtful touch. I will continue to use Sao Viet's services on my future trips whenever I travel for work in Vietnam. I will definitely share my wonderful experience with Sao Viet with my friends in South Korea and recommend your services to anyone traveling in Vietnam. Thank you very much for your excellent service!
Had a great experience riding the sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa. The bus was clean, modern, and the sleeper seats were comfortable enough for the trip. Departure and arrival The buses were generally on time, and the booking/check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. The ride itself was comfortable, and although some parts of the road were a bit bumpy, that is to be expected on the route to Sapa. One feature that really stood out was the onboard restroom, which made the journey much more convenient and comfortable, especially for longer trips. Sao Viet is a convenient, comfortable, and good-value option for traveling between Hanoi and Sapa. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable overnight or daytime transfer
