I had the chance to stay at this property, and overall the value for the money is fair, especially with breakfast included. The hotel staff are very friendly and hospitable. One area that could be improved is the bathroom in the room I stayed in on the 7th floor—the shower was leaking, so I had to use towels to keep the floor dry, and the shower door wouldn’t fully close. Since the hotel is located in the Old Quarter, expect some street noise at night. Also, I booked a luxury suite, and based on the photos on Klook, the room was supposed to have a balcony. However, the room I was assigned did not have one. In my opinion, the room is decent, but it’s not exactly what is shown in the advertisement.

The location of this hotel was good, nestled in the Old Quarter and a 4-5min walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Dong Xuan Weekend Night Market. We could easily get a Grab from the hotel as well (though often confused with another hotel opposite)! Staff was friendly but do note that hotels in Vietnam don’t exactly have a “24hour” reception as the staff will rest on the sofa at the lobby at night and should you require assistance then, it might be a bit tricky. We booked two separate rooms for different days, we tried the one with the balcony and this is good if you want to go out for some air. Breakfast was all right, enough to fill your tummy but not the best. The nearest convenience store is at least 8min walk away.
