Exploring Sun World at Ba Na Hills was easily the absolute highlight of the trip, alongside the scenic Tam Coc boat ride, the Water Puppet show. The itinerary covered key destinations well, and the ground coordination made traveling between cities completely hassle-free. ​On the itinerary side, a few places like Hanoi and Ninh Binh felt a bit overhyped, especially with the rain impacting the experience. ​A special mention for Mikey—he was exceptionally supportive, proactive, and empathetic throughout the entire journey. When our cruise got cancelled, he didn't just walk away; he stayed on top of things, genuinely cared about our situation, and worked hard to offer a solid alternative to compensate us.
