Noi Bai International Airport Transfer Service (HAN)

Great airport transfer service! 🚐✨ The driver was friendly, punctual, and helpful. Smooth and comfortable ride from Noi Bai International Airport. Highly recommended! 👍🇻🇳

booked this as we had to leave early for a morning flight. good thing i did. the van was on time and driver was great. will book again.

The driver will contact you the day before to confirm the meeting point. When exiting Hanoi Airport, turn right and walk to pillar number 18 where a representative will be waiting. After about a 10-minute wait, the driver will arrive to pick you up. The car was clean and the driver was also very helpful 👍

As it’s the first airport drop off I booked. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a bit worried if the driver will be on time. The driver arrived 10 mins before the pickup time and the car was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend for airport transfers.

The communication the day before our flight, down to our arrival, and providing details as to which part of the airport they will meet us, down to the travel experience from the airport hotel, was very efficient and worth the money. If you want a transport from the hotel to Hanoi with no issues, you can have a well-served.

Since I was arriving at the airport late at night, I arranged for a transfer to the hotel. On the morning of that day, I received an email outlining the pickup procedure, and 20 minutes before the meeting time, I got another email saying they had arrived and were ready whenever I was. Although my arrival was a bit delayed, when I went to the designated meeting spot, I was guided right away. They even carried my suitcases, which was a huge help. I will definitely use their service again when I come to Hanoi.

Car was big and clean. Received a message before we arrived on the pickup location, just had to find my name on a piece of paper to confirm the booking and the driver took care of the rest.

I used the airport drop-off service. The reservation details screen on the app didn't display correctly; for instance, even though it was an airport drop-off reservation, it required entering an arrival flight, and there were descriptions guiding people on airport pickups. That made me uneasy. I contacted the ride-hailing company to check, but didn't get a reply for about 5 hours. Since it was a late-night departure, it made me a bit nervous. I figured it would be fine since the outbound trip went well, but... Other than that, it was perfect. The car and the driver were both wonderful, and it made for a great ride. I will use this service again next time.

Amazing customer service! There was a misunderstanding with my booking, as I thought I had booked an airport pick up when it was actually an airport drop off. However, the issue was resolved straight away, and the driver arrived very quickly. Really impressed with how quickly and easily everything was sorted.

The vehicle assigned to us was rather old, and the driver arrived early, which inevitably made us a bit flustered. As we were nearing the airport, the driver seemed to take a wrong interchange and briefly stopped in the middle of the road?! In the panic, my luggage strap and cashews were also left in the car. I emailed the local contact address but got no response, though it was ultimately my own carelessness for not checking.
