friendly staff and very clean hotel

I had a last minute changes, they were so friendly and welcoming. I came in before check-in but they set everything up and storage my luggage while I went out until check-in time. I would highly recommend and such a clean environment. The room was big and an amazing view of the city. It's close to Osaka umeda station.

The scenery is very good, the hotel is very new, the price is also reasonable, overall the CP value is very high, the scenery is amazing... Recommended!

great hotel in prime location. pretty much on top of the subway and a massive shopping centre. direct train line to Kansai Airport. staff were friendly and room was bigger than I expected. comfy bed for me (firm) pillows were a little odd though. Offered to hold our luggage after check out too. overall, great experience.

Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy overall. The pajamas have a little smell, which is acceptable to me. There are common supplies, and there are water dispensers and coffee machines, which are very convenient. The service staff has good English and can communicate smoothly. The sound insulation is good and I didn't hear any noise in the middle of the night.

Excellent hotel, very good location, everyone friendly

The view is really good. The open-air bath on the top floor is also nice, and there is a fitness center on the top floor.

Transportation accessibility was a bit disappointing. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest station, so families with children may have to take an Uber taxi in the summer.
