We stayed in the corner room, it was nice and spacious. There is a tablet in the room that controls the lighting and temperature of the room. It can be hard to navigate Umeda Station (where the hotel is near) if you’re not used to big Japanese train stations

Brand new hotel in Umeda with a clean, fresh atmosphere. The rooms are relatively spacious and the beds comfortable. The lack of general public baths is disappointing - there is a spa on the premises but you have to pay~3000 yen extra per visit as a guest. Even though on paper it is close to Osaka station it takes quite a while to learn how to navigate the skywalks and passageways.

the place is great, its clean, and the facilities are all nice specially the guest lounge, the only flaws is that their daily breakfast is the same menu everyday. not even a single menu was change. if we will stay again definitely will not get the breakfast..they also have a laundry machine and gym which added extra points.. thank you hankyu gran see next soon..

What was a last minute addition to our vacation turn out to be an unexpected pleasure. Great hotel with a decently sized room. Especially for Japan. The surrounding area has endless possibilities for shopping and dining. There's a large outlet mall and skating rink near by. A great pre-vacation vacation!

Location of the hotel is just a 5 mins walk away to the major train, bus terminal and shopping district. However I choose to drive and there was no parking lots within the hotel but fortunately there was a carpark that is just right across the hotel at Osaka City Parking. The hotel is rather new and good thing was i choose a bigger room which allows me to open all my 6 luggage at the same time in the room. 1 feedback I have for the mall is to be a little more generous with drinking water. They will only top up to a maximum of 2 bottle per day and not additional will be given especially i indicated that 2 adults and 1 kids will be staying with us. Also I had to call the reception every night for extra towels

Great experience. Check in and out was easy and comfortable. We got there early and they held our luggage until check in so we would wonder and explore the area. The station is super busy but has everything you need within it. Lot and lots of different options for dining.
