room size is good. bigger than expected. facilities are good and staff are friendly. a little far from ueno station. breakfast buffet is limited but okay.

I would like to thank all the front desk staff( especially Mr Takumi Hiraga). Every one of them is very helpful, very accommodating, very friendly especially when we were asking for directions. The hotel’s location is great, 7-11, family mart is just nearby. Train stations are accessible. several restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. Takeya( Daiso on the 4th floor) is just a few blocks away. Matsuzakaya is just about a 10 minute walk. The room is clean and the size is ok. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I really like this hotel's location, facilities, and dining. The hotel is right next to JR Akihabara Station, making transportation very convenient. There are many shops and restaurant options nearby.
