Kameoka Station tours

A very beautiful place and a fantastic trip. The timing was well-planned. These places are a bit far from downtown Kyoto, so it's really convenient to have someone assist with transportation. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with both the guide, Mr. Chan, and the tour program. It's a little unfortunate that it was very windy and cold today, and the river water was low, so the boat tour was canceled, but we got a refund for that portion (although not all of it). Very impressed. The route after the train ride has a short time of only 2.5 hours. If you can endure not having a serious lunch, you can complete everything, but we were hungry, so we ate at a tea shop for half an hour (many delicious shops). We didn't go to the monkey park because we don't like monkeys, but we went to Tenryu-ji Temple instead, and then out to the bamboo forest, which has a path leading down to the river, and then back to the main road. If you don't shop or stroll, or stand in line to buy coffee at the famous shop, you can make it to the kimono forest. I recommend using AI to help plan the walking route to make the walk smooth. In conclusion, the guide was very good, better than other routes (judging from asking other guides while waiting for the bus, others were very moody even though they were from the same company). the trip is memorable and cover most of the place in kyoto. The only downside for this tour as the itininery os very compact .you will need to take lunch on the go ( in the bus ) if you want to finish all the intinery . Nothing to complaint .The only negative point for this tour is the tour guide didn't have whatsapp and he didnt whatsapp us to confirm the trip . Tip: should skip the bridge and straight go to bamboo forest / skip lunch

Appreciated the serene gardens at Sanzen-ji temple. Can buy tea set for 600 yen with matcha and Japanese sweet to enjoy in this setting. Tour guide Alvin is detailed and knowledgeable.

A fantastic experience! As a solo traveler, I didn't have to worry about transportation or transfers. Especially the Sagano Scenic Railway was very fun and the autumn leaves along the way were beautiful. I highly recommend everyone to participate in this kind of small-group activity.

The guide was always available, the meeting point is at Kyoto station, where the buses are (well explained in the guide). The Sagano train is very distinctive and the boat trip of about 2 hours is beautiful, even more so with the autumn colors. You then have 2 hours to walk around the bamboo forest and take a walk around the area. Everything was very well organized! :) Recommended!

Rena was fantastic. She provided us with lots of insights about the area and sites we visited. She also helped us navigate the train ride back to our hotel. We thought the value was excellent.
