A very beautiful place and a wonderful itinerary. The timing was arranged perfectly. These locations are a bit far from Kyoto city center, so having someone assist with transportation was truly convenient. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with both the guide, Mr. Chan, and the tour program. It's a bit of a shame that today was very windy and cold, and the river water level was low, so the boat trip program was canceled. However, we received a refund for that part (though not the full amount). I was very impressed. For the route after that, we only had 2.5 hours. If you could endure not having a proper lunch, you could cover everything, but we were hungry, so we ate at a teahouse for half an hour (many delicious shops). We didn't go to the monkey park because we don't like monkeys, but we went straight to Tenryu-ji Temple and then to the bamboo forest, which has a path leading down along the river back to the main road. If you don't shop around or queue for coffee at famous shops, you can make it to the Kimono Forest in time. I recommend using AI to help plan your walking route to make it smoother. In summary, the guide was excellent, much better than other routes (judging from asking other guides while waiting for the car; others were very moody, even if they were from the same company). The trip is memorable and covers most of the places in Kyoto. The only downside of this tour is that the itinerary is very compact. You will need to eat lunch on the go (on the bus) if you want to complete the entire itinerary. Nothing to complain about. The only negative point for this tour is that the tour guide didn't have WhatsApp and didn't WhatsApp us to confirm the trip. Tip: you should skip the bridge and go straight to the bamboo forest / skip lunch.

A fantastic experience! Traveling alone, I didn't have to worry about transportation or transfers. Riding the Sagano Scenic Railway was especially fun, and the autumn leaves along the way were beautiful. I highly recommend everyone participate in small activities like this.

The guide was always available. The meeting point is at Kyoto Station, where the buses are (explained well in the guide). The Sagano train is very distinctive, and the 2-hour boat trip is beautiful, even more so with the autumn colors. You then have 2 hours to explore the bamboo forest and wander around the surroundings. Everything was perfectly organized! :) Recommended!

Rena was fantastic. She provided us with lots of insights about the area and sites we visited. She also helped us navigate the train ride back to our hotel. We thought the value was excellent.
