Lee adalah pemandu wisata yang luar biasa, ia sangat berenergi dan humoris serta mengajarkan saya, seorang warga negara asing, segala hal tentang Jepang. Bagian favorit saya adalah saat bersama rusa-rusa yang kelaparan dan di kuil, saya bahkan dapat mengenakan kimono tradisional dan pergi ke berbagai tempat menarik seperti naik kereta romantis dengan pemandangan samudra yang indah. Dengan Lee sebagai pemandu wisata kami, tempat-tempat kuil yang membosankan seketika menjadi lebih menarik, ia membuat tur kami jauh lebih menyenangkan dari yang saya duga. Selain itu, apa sebutan untuk rusa tanpa mata? Rusa jadinya (plesetan).

His excellent communication skills made it easy for travelers speaking different languages to participate and enjoy the tour. In addition to providing detailed introductions to the history and culture of each destination in Japan, Nick also shared plenty of funny jokes and personal stories along the way, making what could have been a simple sightseeing experience much more lively and interesting. The atmosphere throughout the tour was relaxed and enjoyable. Nick was also very friendly, attentive, and considerate, always paying attention to everyone’s needs. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn more about Japan while enjoying a fun, relaxed, and memorable travel experience!

The meeting point was easy to find, and the shuttle bus arrived on time. The boutique small group tour vehicle was spacious and comfortable, and the driver was polite and very enthusiastic. The driver spoke both Chinese and English, so communication was completely seamless; the time allotted for each attraction was just right, neither rushed nor delayed. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I sincerely recommend it!

I had a wonderful time exploring around the Kifune Shrine, Sanzen-in Temple, and Arashiyama. My tour guide Kangfu provided me with a lot of details and recommended spots to see before arriving at each location, and I was given enough time to enjoy myself and see the wonderful sights of Japan.

Actually a great experience with a multilingual guide (Naomi). Timing and guidance was well paced and genuine. The boating activity was excellent and very accessible (and entertaining). There was no end of the day pressuring or "review begging" from the guides to leave high ratings which really highlighted their professionalism. Thanks for an amazing day.

Estoy encantado con todo el tour, incluso en este verano. El autobús es espacioso, lo que da más comodidad para descansar durante el viaje. It was only the guide and me. And she was the sweetest soul!! Ōtagi Nenbutsuji is a very relaxing and beautiful temple tucked away in the mountains and forest away from the center of Kyoto. It has a fascinating story, so please, do yourself a favour and book the tour!!! There's a bit of walking to do, so be prepared.

Today I joined the KLOOK Nara, Kyoto, and Arashiyama day tour. The entire itinerary was well-planned and very smooth, and I especially want to praise our tour guide, Fiona! Fiona is fluent in multiple languages and provided bilingual commentary in both Chinese and English throughout the bus ride. Her explanations were not only clear, but she also shared many insights into Japanese culture and interesting facts about the attractions, making the trip even more enjoyable. What was most impressive was her precise time management for each spot; meeting times and schedule connections were arranged impeccably, allowing everyone to sightsee with peace of mind without feeling rushed. Along the way, Fiona was friendly, patient, and constantly reminded everyone of important details, which was very reassuring. She also thoughtfully prepared exquisite postcards for everyone as a wonderful souvenir of the trip. Thank you so much, Fiona, for your dedication and care throughout the day. You are a professional, warm, and attentive tour guide who gave us unforgettable memories. Highly recommended! ❤️
