Things to do in Nippori Station

This was a cute activity. This is my last student summer so I’ve been trying to enjoy myself while still being productive finishing off a couple of projects (all that too say I’ve been stressfully-happily travelling) so this was a welcome calm and mindful moment. Sharpening then polishing the blade, choosing the wood for the handle and getting that engraved, and chatting with Alberto and Seia as they guided us was an enjoyable first workshop for me. We’re also very happy to have the knives as a souvenir. Also full disclosure I was told my engraving would be free with a review.

My fiancée and I wanted a special souvenir to bring back home and this was definitely it! The whole process was smooth and explained in a way easy to understand. Hector was our instructor and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming! I definitely recommend coming here!

I had such a wonderful time making my chopsticks! The staff were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They took time to make sure each individual felt valued and understood. I would love to shout out all the staff as each one had a hand in helping me through each step of the process. I am really happy to be taking a near piece of useful art home with me. I definitely think this is something everyone should try!

Children found it very interesting to choose coins from their favorite countries, make rings that fit their size, and repeatedly practice punching holes, heating, cooling, grinding, and polishing the coins.

Such a fun, intimate and interactive experience! The host and sumo wrestlers was so hilarious yet professional! At the end, they asked for volunteers and my friend went up to sumo wrestle!

We traveled all over Tokyo in one day, arriving at each entertainment area on time, making both adults and children happy. Mr. Ohara was very attentive and punctual, and after discussion, unsuitable areas were excluded. It was a pleasant trip with wonderful memories.
