Things to do in Ghibli Museum

It's like stepping into the world of Ghibli! Ghibli fans must visit. There are scenes and towns from many Ghibli films. Most of the rides are for children. There's a short film about Ghibli Park, but it seems to change regularly. There aren't many activities, but the park is very large; one day isn't enough to see everything. The standard ticket has limited access. If you want to enter other zones, you need to buy additional tickets for those specific zones. Totoro's Forest is 400 yen. The rides that adults can enjoy are the carousel and the airplane, but you need to buy extra tickets for them.

The tour was excellent, and the guide was super nice. We had a lovely meal with a beautiful view of the city, followed by a visit to traditional houses and many other things that inspired Miyazaki's drawings. The Ghibli Museum is really cool with lots of little things to discover if you look around a bit, and it will delight all fans. I highly recommend this excursion! 😁

◎ The timing was excellent; we not only explored three areas of Ghibli Park but also visited Japan's renowned Toyota Museum. The itinerary was very fulfilling. ◎ The round-trip bus saved us a lot of time we would have spent on transfers. The bus was quite comfortable, and I even fell asleep on the way back. ◎ Our tour guide was a very interesting Japanese gentleman, I believe his name was "Ushida Yasuhiro." On the way there, he patiently introduced the itinerary, counted heads, and kept the atmosphere lively. On the way back, seeing that everyone was tired, he started singing for us and even handed out song sheets (Ponyo's theme song, which Fan Xiaoxuan covered as "Doudoulong"). The trip was quite enjoyable. ◎ Ghibli Park is definitely worth a visit; it's Miyazaki's world everywhere you look. I spent a long time taking photos in the Ghibli's Grand Warehouse. At Mononoke Village, I didn't have the patience to wait in long lines, so I only spent about an hour there and rode the carousel 🎠. There were many tourists from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, and they were all quite enthusiastic and willing to help take photos, which was very nice. ◎ Afterwards, we went to the Toyota Museum and saw many cars, souvenirs, and cultural exhibits. It was excellent.

a desecent pace tour that allow time to sight seen, beside if lucky to see mt Fuji that great otherwise their other scenery to view.

My niece and I were indeed lucky, we had full day clear view of Mt Fuji. Loads of good memories, smiles and laughter were made. Sandy Wang was fabulous as a tour guide, he coordinated the pre-, during, and post-trip with elegance, utmost patience and full of light moments.

We decided to rent a private car for a day trip to Kawagoe and I am so glad we did. Kawagoe Is the most charming little town with the most amazing shrine and cherry blossom views!! Loved this side quest!!

Amazing experience with excellent service from the guides! Very friendly, insightful, and thoughtful to our situation considering that this is the first time we watched live football match in Japan! Highly recommended!

It was truly impressive to be able to see the sumo wrestlers training up close. Everything was perfectly organized via email, and at the end, you could even take a photo with two sumo wrestlers. Even though we had to get up very early to be there by 8:00 AM using the train/subway, it wasn't a problem thanks to the perfectly punctual public transportation.

We had the best time at the Mypig Cafe! The pigs are absolutely super cute, incredibly sweet, and so fun to interact with. A huge thank you to the staff as well—they were so attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a fun and heartwarming activity, this is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
