The room is small, but the location is great with a view of Tokyo Tower. The staff is enthusiastic and energetic, and the cleaning is well done and tidy. There's even ice available near the elevator!

First of all, it was so easy to communicate because there were Korean-speaking staff available at all times. And all the staff were so kind. It was also really convenient to get around because it's located in the heart of Shibuya. The room was clean and I'm satisfied.

Hotel is very clean and close to train station and shopping area and restaurants around. Having 7Eleven on the first floor is very convenient for getting some snacks and breakfast food the night before. There’s a kettle in the rm to make coffee and tea anytime.

This hotel is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk from Roppongi Station and has four elevators for quick access. However, the small rooms and slightly lacking cleanliness were a bit disappointing. Its proximity to Midtown and Roppongi Hills makes it great for sightseeing, and I highly recommend visiting the National Art Center!
