Transport in Hokkaido

Redemption of the voucher at JR station at new chitose airport was easy. I just showed the booking QR code and they asked the dates I wanted to use to pass and it was given with a cute ticket holder. I was able to use it on my trips to Otaru, Asahikawa, Biei, Furano and back to New Chitose Airport. I want to use it again when I come back in Summer.

Easy booking through Klook. Super easy redemption at the airport. Seat reservation: No problem at the machine. But not always necessary, sometimes we just rode in the unreserved car. Staff always very friendly. We used it in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hiroshima. Everything worked out great.

I've purchased multiple JR Passes through Klook many times. It's convenient, easy to redeem, and always works. The promotions are great too.

My experience taking the Niseko Ski Resort - New Chitose Airport - Sapporo shuttle bus was very smooth. The meeting time and location provided by Klook before departure were clear, and the driver arrived on time that day. Luggage placement and headcount confirmation were efficient and very friendly for skiers. The ride was stable, and even on snowy roads, the driver seemed experienced, allowing for a restful nap. For first-timers to Niseko who don't want to transfer via JR or move with ski equipment, this shuttle option is really time-saving and effortless. JR pass is very convenient and very reliable. You can travel unlimited on all JR trains including Shinkansen. This is a must-have especially to someone like me with difficulty in following cardinal directions. In case you went to a wrong platform, just go until you find the correct platform. You don't need to worry on buying another ticket.

Purchasing tickets on the Klook platform is very convenient. You can exchange tickets and reserve seats at the JR New Chitose Airport. If you plan to visit Noboribetsu and Otaru, this pass is definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

kudos to the driver who was flexible to make amends to the route and made the trip enjoyable and less rush. Brought us to the highest accesible point (available) - 5th Station. This was probably the best part of the 10-hour journey as we were able to sight a few minutes of snow when we alighted from the car! Definitely recommend to utilize this service if you’re looking for a fuss-free and private ride with young kids!

At first, we were quite worried as no confirmation email has been received from the provider. hence, we contacted Klook CS for help and finally received the contact from the driver the day before the trip. The driver Peter is nice and even arrived in hotel earlier to wait us. He provided good recommendations to the spots and restaurants. When travelling to the Tomita Garden, he even drove us to a spot to have a toilet break. quite considerate. He also lend us umbrella for us to take pics and visit the spots. When returning to Sapporo, he was helpful and flexible and willing to drive us to the Torridon, a local sushi shop, instead of the original Sapporo station.

It takes about 4 hours from the airport. At first, I couldn't find the pick-up point. It's quite far from the domestic landing area. Walk out, turn left, go outside the building, and then enter another building. Keep going straight, and there are tour desks on the left-hand side. There are several of them, so try asking them, and you'll find it.
