Choose the Urban Sapporo package for trips around Sapporo. For trips outside Sapporo, please choose the Suburb Sapporo package. Please provide a general itinerary upon checkout, while you can specify the destination, you cannot specify the route you would like to take.
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets?
The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for admission tickets, this activity does not include them; you need to purchase the tickets yourself. Please refer to the package details for included fees.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
This activity includes Fuel fees, Toll fees, Parking fees, Insurance and Child seats provided by the operator. Additional costs may include admission tickets, and other personal expenses

Thank you to our great tour guide-Dapeng ✨✨Time: 2025/2/20, our itinerary: Lake Toya ➡️Hell Valley (lunch) ➡️Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival, stay at each attraction for about 1-2 hours. It is recommended that there will not be too many attractions when you come in winter, and reserve time for traffic jams and taking pictures~ Dapeng was waiting for us downstairs of the apartment early. He patiently answered any questions about the attractions along the way. He was very kind and very easy to talk to. Finally, because we returned to the city earlier than expected, Dapeng also assisted us in calling to change the restaurant reservation. The overall experience was very good and very convenient. Thank you Dapeng for your high-quality service. It is highly recommended to those who want to travel to the suburbs and don’t want to worry about traffic problems!
Worth the money and time. We requested to go to different places but there was a sudden snowstorm on that day. Our driver Ken is very accommodating and helpful ensuring that we are still able to visit all the places. Having the private transport also helps in ensuring we can enjoy the place to our hearts content without rushing.

At first, we were quite worried as no confirmation email has been received from the provider. hence, we contacted Klook CS for help and finally received the contact from the driver the day before the trip. The driver Peter is nice and even arrived in hotel earlier to wait us. He provided good recommendations to the spots and restaurants. When travelling to the Tomita Garden, he even drove us to a spot to have a toilet break. quite considerate. He also lend us umbrella for us to take pics and visit the spots. When returning to Sapporo, he was helpful and flexible and willing to drive us to the Torridon, a local sushi shop, instead of the original Sapporo station.
We had an amazing day with Ueda-san as our driver. He was punctual, professional driving even on icy road and incredibly helpful. The van was comfortable, and his attentiveness made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend

The driver came on time during the agreed meet up time and pick up place. He drove the vehicle with care and was an expert navigator. He was also very kind, considerate, helpful and approachable during the trip. The vehicle was clean and comfortable with so much space for passengers and our things.
I would highly recommend this service if the travel party is big, due to economy of scales.We are able to enjoy the flexibility, otot itinerary based on our preference and pace. Our driver Ken shared on the background of the places we went, gave suggestions on itinerary based on the weather condition. However I was only being contacted 1 day before.
