Our driver/guide was named Leo, who is half Japanese half turkish, who speak excellent english, he brought us to visit Otaru’s landmarks such as the Otaru canal, cape Kamui, shimamui coast, and went to the otaru box museum and to the LeTao cafe shops at sakaimachihondori shopping streets. We also got to eat in the famous sankaku market where we ate king crabs, abalone and other seafood dishes. Next day we went to Noboribetsu and Lake Toya, to the quaint Lake Hill Farm to try their famous ice cream and some pudding desserts. we went to the hells valley and the hills of the buddha, the moai statues and stonehenge. we also had our first taste of hokkaido ramen at Noboribetsu. It was an enjoyable 2 days and Leo made sure we get to explore the places within the 10-hr time schedule. He drove very well and always made sure he is ready to pick us up when we are done in a place.
Very worth it to have a customize itinerary in Sapporo's icy road, We had fun going toe Furano and Biei. We had to drop 1 of our designated place since we might go over 10 hrs but it's understandable since driving in Sapporo's icy road is difficult also and considering traffic. It's also convinient to have a custom pickup and drop off point. Just need to take note of peak season fee on top of this current price point. Driver was also very helpful! took pictures of us and suggested we might go overtime if we went through all our itinerary designations.
A very rich day! Brother Ma (pointing to the crab) was very enthusiastic. The first stop was the shrine and he took photos for us. On the way to the Otaru Aquarium, he also reminded us when there would be performances to watch. When we arrived at the aquarium, he accompanied us to the ticket office and helped us communicate and buy tickets. We went to the Triangle Market for lunch to eat crabs. Brother Ma personally took us there to select seafood, and he didn’t leave until everything was confirmed. There were also many recommended restaurants for us to eat in Sapporo along the road. We ate at several of them in the next few days. They were really worth the money and delicious! It's a pity that the roast pork restaurant that Xiao Ma highly recommended has been fully booked these days. He called us several times, but it was really too full and we couldn't make an appointment. Thank you very much! Driving is very stable and I sleep well, so don’t worry.

The guide was so friendly!!! I really recommend the Biei tour ㅜㅜ It was so pretty. I wouldn't go twice (once is enough! So I recommend going once), but if you go private, you can take as many photos as you want, which is great :) 10 hours was enough. Rolling is not good!
We got Ms Xin (辛) as our driver for the day. she arrived on time and car is clean and comfortable. She drive safely and always communicate in advance and get your approval if highway toll is required. Didn’t expect to have a heavy snow day but she tried her best to accommodate our itinerary. Overall, we have a fun day with the snow and arrive back to hotel on time.
The driver was very responsible and arrived at the hotel waiting for us earlier than our reservation time. Although it was very windy and snowy on the day of our trip and some highways were not open, the driver was very patient and drove safely.
Overall, it was a great experience. The destinations were self-selected, not typical tourist hotspots. After placing the order, the customer service was contacted to confirm the details, and I was immediately added to a WhatsApp group. The driver joined the group the day before departure. The driver, Leo, was very courteous and drove safely, and the car was comfortable and clean. I had a lot of fun.

- Child seats are not mandatory. Please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies 1.5 person’s space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity, so please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats are subject to an additional charge of 2000 yen/piece/day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
- The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and the pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or B&Bs in Sapporo city (out-of-town pick-up and drop-off will allow the driver to reserve empty driving time or require additional payment depending on the actual situation). If the departure or end point is not in Sapporo, the service time is 8 hours. Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange a reasonable departure time to fully enjoy the attractions.
- Empty car fee: There may be price differences for departures or ends in different locations. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after placing the order.
- Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friends setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
- After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication on itinerary arrangements and vehicles. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the vehicle is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
- An overtime fee/extra kilometer fee will be charged if the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or travel distance.
- A fee of JPY300/per kilometer will be charged if the total trip exceeds 300 kilometers.
- For consecutive orders, if you stay in a city outside Sapporo, you will need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee: 8000 yen during the normal period (April-June; September-November), and 10000 yen during the busy season (July-August; December-March).
- Overtime rental due to traffic congestion will be charged regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
- During peak tourist season in Hokkaido, there may be an additional price difference of JPY10,000-30,000 (the specific amount will be confirmed with you by customer service after placing the order. If you have any objections before the order is confirmed, you can cancel the order). Please pay the driver in Japanese yen cash on the spot. Thank you for your understanding.
