Our driver, Xiao Ma was on time, nice and efficient. We managed to go to all places we wanted to see in Furano/Biei from Farm Tomita, Shikisai No Oka, Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, Mt. Tokachi and Ningle Terrace. We even had a nice lunch in a small restaurant on the way to Blue Pond. We were glad that we chartered this, so we can enjoy all those places at our own pace.

We were fetched from our hotel at 8:30 am and then headed to our planned itinerary. We changed the Asahiyama Zoo with the Furano Shrine and Furano Marche. We proceeded to Ningle Terrace, Furano Farm Tomita and we had our lunch there. We then went to Biei Blue Pond, Shikisai no Oka, and the Shirahida Waterfall. The driver suggested we pass by Ningle Terrace first since it was on the way, and we agreed. However, most shops were still closed since we were there so early. Even so, the place was a spectacular site to visit. The driver was Chinese-speaking, which we were not, so we communicated via Google Translate. He drove professionally and safely. I would recommend this trip since the listed places are hard to reach by public transport especially if you have a senior in your company, since it will entail a lot of walking if you opt to use the bus or train. * Keep a few hundred ¥ for parking and tollway fees, they are at the expense of the customer, as highlighted during booking.

This one-day car charter experience was very enjoyable. The round-trip drive from Sapporo to Asahikawa, Biei and Furano took nearly 10 hours, which was enough time for the overall itinerary. The car is a 7-passenger car with a comfortable cabin. The driver Xiao Zhang has a very good service attitude. He is punctual, very friendly and professional. He can speak fluent Chinese and is familiar with the Hokkaido route. He tried his best to meet our planned itinerary. Even in ice and snow, the driver's driving skills are outstanding. It is also very stable. My family and I can sleep peacefully in the car. He even took us to eat delicious chicken dishes. In addition, the customer service arrangement of the operator is very commendable. There are different contact methods to choose from when making payment. They will contact you immediately after payment and communicate with you through a Whatsapp group. From the itinerary arrangement to the completion of the itinerary, they will continue to communicate with you , ensuring that the trip is completed smoothly. This considerate customer service makes me feel very at ease. I highly recommend this chartered car experience.

The driver Mr. Nagoya was a really safe and careful driver. Though the journey was really long, we all napped peacefully with his steady drive. As we went during winter, there was an unexpected closure with the highway hence journey each took about 1 hour plus more than expected, which was unfortunate as we had to cut of 1 item from the itinerary, but the rest of the trip was worth it. The organiser communicated with us frequently so we were assured. Only thing to note is that due to peak winter there is extra surcharges for the driver, so do budget that in.

Highly recommended for those who travel with family, elderly and children. We can reach many wonderful destinations that are difficult to drive to especially if you are not familair with driving on snow or ice. And the best thing is we could arrange the schedule on our own! The driver of the chartered car was Chinese. Xiao Guo arrived at the hotel early that day and was very friendly. We discussed the attractions we wanted to visit before the trip. Since we were going to Biei and Furano, the journey was quite far, we skipped some non-essential ones. He took us to enjoy a delicious lunch and to a super beautiful scenic spot. We had a great time. Xiao Guo drove very steadily and paid attention to safety on the snowy road. When we were tired, we got in the car and fell asleep. He was happy to give advice and information if we had any questions. He was a great driver.

Our tour guide and driver was a fellow from Xi'an, China. He was very friendly and kind. We went to Asahiyama Zoo. Fortunately, we had a chartered car so we could stay in the zoo for 4 hours, so our children could have a great time!!
