It was very convenient to avail this service. Days before our trip, someone chatted me to confirm our itinerary (we chose Route B but added Furano Cheese Factory to start), and recommended times to meet the service maximum time. Mr. Shirahama, our driver, was very punctual and nice. He took us to Lake Hill Farm to try their delicious ice cream. We also tried their cream puff and it was so good! Overall, our family enjoyed our trip to Noboribetsu and Lake Toya.

Our driver/guide was a Japanese national named Yuuki. He brought us to Furano and Biei as customized tour. Although his English was not fluent he can express a little bit of English enough for us to understand each other. What was special about Yuuki was that his being a very good photographer. He took a lot of our photos and we appreciated this a lot. He brought us to the Farm Tomita and we were able to try the famous melons and lavander ice cream. Inside the farm, he also drove us around the fields when we rented the private cart. after furano, we also went to Biei to see the famous Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls. Yuuki also was an excellent driver and brought us back safely to Sapporo.

Mr. tsuboi was an excellent driver and tour guide. He walked us to the attractions and drove safely because there was already snow in the mountain roads in october.

Very nice and polite driver taking us thru Furano. He would also arrange toilet stop if the drive is too long between stops. The travel agency would also contact me before the day to ask if there are any special request on the itinerary.

We had a great private tour to Biei and Furano with Mr. Hosoda. He was kind, punctual, polite, friendly, and very calm throughout the trip. He took us to all the planned destinations and also recommended a delicious local restaurant in Biei. Despite the language barrier, he made a great effort to communicate using translation tools, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely choose this service again. If we return to Hokkaido, we would love to have Mr. Hosoda as our driver again. Highly recommended!

We took a 2-day, 1-night trip to Sapporo > Noboribetsu > Muroran > Hakodate. The vehicle was a Toyota Vellfire. Mr. Yuuki drove very smoothly and took wonderful photos at various locations. I traveled with my parents, and all three of us were very satisfied. Next year, I'd like to take another tour to Biei when the lavender is in bloom.

This time it was Yuuki, and the service was excellent. It allowed us to rest as soon as we got in the car and fully enjoy the sights when we got out. Yuuki was also very gentle with our little one and helped us take many beautiful photos.

We had a great day visiting Furano and Biei. The driver was nice, friendly, and very helpful throughout the trip. Although his English was limited, communication was fine and everything went smoothly. We visited Shikisai-no-Oka, the Christmas Tree, Ken and Mary Tree, Shirahige Waterfall, and Ningle Terrace. The route was well planned and we had enough time at each stop to take photos and enjoy the scenery. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Wei was very responsible, recommending attractions and restaurants suitable for this season. We had a great time! This trip wasn't planned in advance, but we didn't miss out on too many places we wanted to visit.
