The location is excellent right next to Fujinomiya Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff are reasonably friendly and accommodating. Parking is available for 600 yen per day, which was helpful. The rooms are a little outdated, but they are functional and comfortable enough for a short stay. One thing to note is that the doors use manual keys, and guests are required to leave the key at reception each time they go out. The hotel also offers a coin laundry service (500 yen per load), which was convenient. The TV is not a smart TV, but Wi-Fi is provided. Breakfast is included with the room rate; while the selection is the same every day, it was decent and sufficient for us. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The hotel is simple, practical, and serves its purpose well for travelers looking for a convenient base in Fujinomiya.

I booked a tour for a van with 8 other people whom I don’t know. I solo travelled and was very well accommodated by our tour guide 林晨旋. He drove us to every destination on time, allowing us to see all Mt. Fuji picture spots before other large tour buses got there. It also includes hotel pick-up and drop-off so it’s very convenient. Overall, I’m happy I joined and feel that this was worth it.

I and my friend were a bit late this morning ( 3 mins ), the tour guide was patient enough to wait for us and we are really greatful for that . We were lucky to have sunny weather today, the tour guide was great, she had great personality , professional , gentle and very responsible . We enjoyed the tour very much.

The Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour was an amazing experience, though it did feel a bit short since it was only one day. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t take pictures at the Torii gate because of the long queue, but overall, we had a fantastic time. The winter scenery was beautiful, and I was fortunate enough to see the breathtaking Mt. Fuji again for the second time. Our guide, Jack from GogoDay travel service, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He made sure to take our photos, answer all our questions, and shared tons of valuable insights about each destination. We would love to tour with him again in the future.

My family and I greatly enjoyed the experience. It's a perfect and comfortable way to see several major tourist sites around Mount Fuji. We decided to wait until the last moment to book our excursion to be sure we had good weather, and it was a success! It was very pleasant to alternate between moments of rest on the bus and phases of discovering shrines, natural sites, or typical villages. We appreciated being able to enjoy different original modes of transport (cable car and boat). The guide taught us a lot of things, he is friendly and very attentive to his customers. He does a remarkable job. Be careful for people who can get sick in transport, there is a lot of road in the mountains. The only point that could be improved in our opinion would be to stop at a viewpoint better placed on the last lake of the day in order to be able to take a beautiful photo with the reflection of Mount Fuji.

Sia, our guide was very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. We had an amazing trip and although at locations the timing was a little rushed, Sia ensured we had. enough time to see everything we wanted to. For us, this tour was more effective than trying to navigate so many locations without the tour in just a day trip. Sia was super responsive on What’s App to ensure the meeting spots were easy to find. You must have cash and everyone has to get lunch at the same place.

I usually research everything carefully before making a decision. The tour I had originally planned didn't fit my schedule, so I chose the large bus tour as an alternative, and it turned out to be a very satisfying trip. The course consisted of only three well-organized places: Sengeng Park, Oshino Hakkai, and the outlet, so I was able to look around more leisurely compared to other tours. In particular, the ride was stable on the large bus, making the travel time comfortable. I was really impressed and felt a sense of warmth at Mr. Kang Gil-man's passionate explanations in Chinese and Korean. Guide, you worked really hard today! Thanks to you, I had a comfortable and enjoyable Mount Fuji tour. Thank you.
