• After the experience, there's no need to return to the store; you can return it directly on the bus, saving time and making your journey more relaxed and convenient.
• The activity schedule is for reference; the specific process may be adjusted due to operational conditions or weather on the day. Please refer to on-site announcements.
• There is a large crowd in the venue, please be sure to pay attention to your personal belongings and cooperate with the guidance of on-site staff.
• Food and beverages, merchandise, and some experience items within the venue require additional payment.
• After the event, there may be a concentration of people and longer waiting times for the return journey. Please cooperate patiently with the arrangements.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
