Highly recommended! Right from the moment I made the deposit, I could feel the quality of their service. Shortly after booking, I received a message to discuss the itinerary, and they proactively provided a lot of travel information and details, which made me feel completely at ease even before setting off. I originally thought that taking a day trip would mean running into massive tour groups, but their arrangement was fantastic. It always felt like we were one step ahead, avoiding all the crowds. At almost every attraction, it was pretty much just our group. Whether taking photos or slowly enjoying the scenery, it was so much more comfortable without having to squeeze through crowds at all. The tour guide was cheerful and engaging the entire time, not just mechanically leading the way. The pace of the whole journey was very relaxed, we had a wonderful time, and it never felt rushed like being herded around like ducks. Another highlight was the lunch! The tour guide didn't take us to some designated tourist restaurant, but instead to a super local seafood restaurant. The sea urchin was unbelievably fresh, making it feel as if it had just been scooped straight from the ocean into our mouths. Plus, the price was very reasonable, offering unbeatable value for money. In short, the whole trip—from the arrangements, service, and pacing of the attractions to the food—was flawless. It is definitely one of the most satisfying day trips I've joined in recent years. Today was a small-group day tour, and the pick-up and meeting arrangements were very convenient. The tour guide, Adrian, was extremely flexible with the overall itinerary and timing for each attraction, perfectly avoiding the crowds. I highly recommend this small-group tour and am very satisfied. Adrian is trilingual in Mandarin, Japanese, and English, and his explanations were very simple and clear, so there is no need to worry about any communication barriers. The hidden-gem local seafood restaurant had extremely fresh ingredients, but don't get carried away and order too much, because the portions are very generous and the value for money is exceptionally high. As a nice bonus, we also stopped by a dessert shop, where the pudding is a must-try. If you are still hesitating about how to choose a day tour to Itoshima while in Fukuoka, I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with choices and wants a relaxing experience!
