Cancellation policy

• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more

Meeting and Check-in】>> Punctual Meeting: Please arrive 15 minutes before departure at "Hakata Station Chikushi Exit (opposite LAWSON Fukuoka Oriental Hotel branch, Hakata Station Chikushi East Exit 4)". Please confirm the location in advance to avoid getting lost. The vehicle will depart on time, and no waiting or refunds will be provided for latecomers. Latecomers will be considered to have automatically forfeited the itinerary.>>Digital Check-in: Please present the QR Code in your KLOOK order for check-in. Itinerary tips and guide information will be sent via WhatsApp / Line.
• 【2. Restaurant Reservations (Important), only applicable to Shirahama-ya】 >>Reservation Process: Within 1 business day after booking, you will receive an "Online Restaurant Reservation Form." Please be sure to complete and return it as soon as possible. >>Priority Reservations: According to Shirahama-ya's regulations, seat reservations must be completed at least 5 days before departure. Last-minute changes or on-site additions are not accepted. The success rate for reservations on regular weekdays is 90%. >>Late Bird Reservation Terms: For bookings made within 5 days of departure, we will still attempt to contact Shirahama-ya, but we cannot guarantee seating. All arrangements are subject to Shirahama-ya's daily schedule. >>No Reservation Restrictions on Special Dates: If it coincides with Japanese national holidays, Golden Week, or the restaurant's regular closing days, some Shirahama-ya locations do not accept reservations. In such cases, it will change to a "free dining" mode, and the tour guide will provide a map of nearby dining options. >>Final Arrangement Rights: All results are subject to the restaurant's operating status or temporary private events. If a reservation cannot be successfully made, please feel free to explore nearby restaurants.

Meal Arrangements】 >>Food Allergies: If you have food allergies or special dietary requirements, please be sure to indicate them when filling out the online form so that the tour guide can coordinate with restaurants in advance (however, we cannot guarantee that all restaurants will be able to provide alternative meals). >>Self-funded: Lunch on this itinerary is a self-funded item. Restaurants will be uniformly arranged seasonally at "Itoshima Sabo" (April) or "Hamayaki Shirahama-ya" (May-November).
• 【4. Vehicles, Luggage, and Environment】>>Legal Green Plate Vehicles: We use legally operated green plate vehicles (medium/large buses), with vehicle dispatch based on the number of participants on the day. Seat selection is on a first-come, first-served basis. >>Child Seats: According to Japanese law, children under 6 years old must use a child safety seat. Please be sure to inform us of the age and number of children in the remarks (infants and adults are the same price).
• 【V. Itinerary Risks and Regulations】>>Property Safety: Please be sure to carry your passport and valuables with you at all times. The vehicle compartment is only for temporary storage and we are not responsible for their safekeeping; in case of loss, it will be handled according to Japanese insurance terms. >>Disclaimer for Changes: In case of traffic jams or scenic spot maintenance, the tour guide has the right to adjust the sequence or duration of stay. If the return journey is delayed due to traffic, we will not be responsible for any subsequent transportation or restaurant reservation losses incurred by the traveler.
• 【6. Insurance and Legal Disclaimer】>>Insurance Recommendation: This tour includes basic "liability insurance" but does not include personal travel accident insurance. Travelers are advised to purchase overseas medical insurance for comprehensive coverage.>>Mid-trip Departure: Travelers departing mid-trip due to personal reasons must sign a "Departure Agreement."
