Oshino Hakkai
Oshino Hakkai consists of eight clear springs formed by the natural filtration of Mount Fuji's snowmelt, famous for its crystal-clear spring water scenery. Visitors can stroll freely here, admire the reflections in the ponds and the traditional village scenery, and arrange their own lunch during their free time. The area gathers a variety of local specialty dishes and snacks, making it one of the most popular tourist attractions around Mount Fuji.

Arakurayama Sengen Park
Arakurayama Sengen Park is one of the well-known viewing spots around Mount Fuji, offering classic views of Mount Fuji and the Chureito Pagoda. The scenery is especially famous when cherry blossoms bloom in spring, making it a favorite photo spot for travelers and photography enthusiasts, where you can feel the harmonious coexistence of ancient Japanese beliefs and nature.
A little reminder!
- In winter, the 5th Station may be inaccessible due to road closures. If road closures occur, the itinerary will be changed to Oishi Park, with an additional stop at Lawson convenience store in Kawaguchiko.
- The winter road closure period for the 5th Station is generally from late November to late April of the following year (subject to actual road conditions on the day).
- The matcha experience is a simple cultural activity, not a formal tea ceremony course. Please be aware of this.

Reviews
what a fantastic day trip to see Mount Fuji. We got really lucky with the weather and Fuji was clearly visible all day. We were taken to all the best vantage points to get the best photos and were allowed just the right amount of time at each. Jeffery our guide was excellent, he was easy to find at the meeting point and at the arranged time and he took us to the most amazing restaurant for lunch. We would highly recommend this trip for anyone visiting Japan.
We had a great experience on our Mt. Fuji tour, even though Mt. Fuji didn’t show up that day because of the rain. Our tour guide was very good and kind, made the trip enjoyable and memorable! 😊 Would definitely recommend the this tour! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Visiting Mt. Fuji was one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Our guide, Jeffery did an amazing job explaining the significance of the area while keeping the tour fun and relaxed. Even when Mt. Fuji was partially covered by clouds, they brought us to great spots where we could still appreciate the scenery. We also appreciated how well the itinerary was planned—everything felt smooth and not rushed. Highly recommended.
We had an incredible deal on this tour so I wasnt expecting it too much but I was so impressed with everything. Our tour guide was great - informative but too 'in your face', the itinerary was well organised with enough time at each place and the transport was comfortable.
Wow. This experience was definitely an unforgettable experience for me. I opted in for this experience solo, I had an English speaking tour guide on Monday, February 9, 2026. When I tell you I struggled with my time management and paying attention it is an understatement. I was beyond blessed to have my patient, sincere, helpful, knowledgeable tour guide, unfortunately I can not remember his name but again, I did the English speaking tour. Once again, I seem to forget, now you can understand what kind of brain I’m working with. This experience was mind blowing. I would 100% do this again, with a friend or family member. My tour guide deserves a lifetime of happiness, fortune, and peace. When choosing a date to book this experience on, I HIGHLY recommend you check the visibility. I went on a beautiful clear day after choosing a perfectly clear day.
It was beautiful. We took the Fujikyuko Line to Shimoyoshida Station. From there, we easily were able to walk to Arakurayama Sengen Park. It's free to enter, but to capture the iconic picture, you must climb 398 steps. There are two massive Tori shrines when you climb up. When you reach the pagoda, which is gated off, you have to climb up a little more to reach the viewing platform and capture the iconic picture. The main viewing platform is wooden, and it's crowded, but not so crowded that it becomes dangerous or very hard to walk. Visit for at least an hour so you have time to climb up, capture some pictures, take a break if needed, and climb down. There will not be any staff there though. It's best for anyone visiting Mount Fuji for a day trip, and want to capture the iconic postcard picture of Mount Fuji. I highly recommend this spot: It's beautiful, easy to use, and holds beautiful scenery for pictures.
Today trip was well executed. We were told in advance on the time and venue to meet at each stop. And where are the toilets. As Jeffrey has to account to everyone, he did his best to accommodate us on time management. At times, he will seek consensus on the time we need at certain attractions. But he exercises discretion and flexibility, which I appreciate his thoughts.
The tour was a fun and good experience. It was cold, but it was interesting to experience how cold things can get. We also saw some snow on the way up to stop five. Our guide was excellent and explained everything well. It was a fun day.
I'm seriously so excited to go up Mount Fuji to see the snow this time (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)! I didn't expect our tour guide to arrange a snow viewing for us, I'm so happy~ I messed up the itinerary myself last September and missed this Mount Fuji trip, so I was very annoyed~ The most special thing is that this tour guide is the same one I missed last time, what a wonderful fate! Of course, our tour guide Jeffrey is really great, 100% attentive to taking care of everyone (((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) He arranged the whole trip so well 👍 and even took us to eat local delicacies 😍 Although my friend and I were a little late for the first itinerary, he was still very patient and waited for us. In short, it was awesome 👍 and he's very handsome! I would highly recommend this tour guide and itinerary (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎). I'll bring my family next time~~o(≧v≦)o
