Reviews
I booked a day trip because the visibility of Mount Fuji was best on the day I landed. Mount Fuji was truly beautiful, and we happened to catch it during cherry blossom season. The itinerary was well-planned, including some very popular spots. My only minor complaint is that there wasn't quite enough time to explore everything thoroughly. If you prefer a more leisurely pace, I'd recommend traveling independently. However, the tour price was very reasonable, and having pickup and drop-off included was very convenient.
The meeting point was easy to find, and we even received a reminder message the day before departure, which was very helpful for first-time visitors. Highly recommended!
Our day trip experience today was absolutely fantastic! The driver was incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, and their driving skills were excellent, ensuring a smooth and safe journey throughout. The vehicle was also clean and comfortable. Not only were they punctual for pickups and drop-offs and provided thoughtful service, but they also enthusiastically recommended many delicious places to eat and fun attractions in Tokyo. These were genuine, reliable, and highly recommended tips that truly enhanced our enjoyment and dining experience. They took meticulous care of everyone throughout the trip, answering all our questions patiently and reliably. We are truly grateful to our driver and give them a perfect five-star rating!
Highly recommended for friends who want to experience multiple perspectives of Mount Fuji in one trip. You can photograph its reflection at Lake Kawaguchiko, see swans with Fuji in the background at Lake Yamanakako, enjoy tofu with mountain views at Oshino Hakkai, and visit Lawson and the Clock Shop, which are must-sees for social media enthusiasts. The shared ride perfectly connects these scattered attractions, making for a fulfilling yet unhurried experience.
This was my first time taking a one-day tour, and I thought it was excellent. The tour guide was very kind and polite, and managed the time perfectly. Although the weather wasn't great, I still got to see Mount Fuji as I hoped. I'll definitely book another Klook tour if I have the chance in the future.
I booked the Mt. Fuji day tour with a 'let's see' attitude and was unexpectedly satisfied. The driver-guide managed the time perfectly, arriving at each spot before the crowds and providing patient explanations. In short, for someone lazy like me, it was a no-brainer to just follow along. I would definitely choose this tour again!
Every attraction was unique, especially Oshino Hakkai, which was incredibly serene. The small group tour was high quality, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The schedule was well-paced, neither too rushed nor too slow. The observation deck at Arakurayama Sengen Park offered an unbeatable view. It was great to visit six classic attractions in one trip.
For travelers who don't speak a foreign language, having a driver-guide from their home country is incredibly reassuring. Our driver-guide was very enthusiastic and patient, explaining everything we wanted to know. We saw beautiful sights, visited popular spots, and viewed Mount Fuji from various angles. It saved us the hassle of navigating public transportation, which was so convenient. It was an absolutely fantastic experience!
Driver was skilled on winding roads. Pick-up point was easy to find near Tokyo station. Customer Service sent detailed instructions the night before. Felt very safe.
Lake Yamanaka Swan Bay was quiet – perfect for zoning out and Fuji gazing.
