Our guide Mandy is very friendly and nice. Speaks fluently in English, Mandarin Chinese & Japanese. Our group consists of 50/50 English and Mandarin speaking tourists and she's able to explain everything in both languages. Time allocated for each areas are just nice, Mandy specified the time we need to get back on the bus and everything went smoothly according to plan as most of us managed to stick to the time given. Expect slight delay and queuing up due to the crowd. Mount Fuji was up to 90% visible on that day even though the weather was very haphazard initially. 10/10 would recommend!

I originally just wanted to casually join a tour to see Mount Fuji, but I didn't expect the experience to be so amazing. We visited Arakura Sengen Shrine, Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Yamanaka, and Oshino Hakkai. The itinerary was comfortably arranged; although it was a bit tight, it wasn't chaotic. I especially want to praise the tour guide! She was super gentle and fluent in both Chinese and English, and she was patient and enthusiastic in taking care of everyone throughout the entire trip. She would proactively help solve small problems and take photos for us, and the photos were really beautiful. She would also flexibly adjust the itinerary based on road conditions to avoid traffic jams, making the whole rhythm particularly smooth. That morning, we were particularly lucky, as it was a sunny day, and there wasn't a single cloud next to Mount Fuji. We saw the most complete and clearest view of Mount Fuji, and it was truly stunning. The whole trip was very enjoyable, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. In short, it was a great experience that I would recommend to my friends.

This was my first trip to Japan, so like many others I was nervous about going on these tours, but the wasn’t the case. My group host Li Qinghai, went above and beyond to ensure my time and experience was comfortable and fun. I had a big group with me also.(there were 7 in my group). We were super lucky to be able to see Mt. Fuji! Li Qinghai was very knowledgeable in the history and took us to many different spots that we got to see and try different foods! time is very important on this type of tour so keeping up in pace and setting a plan is important to maximize your experience. overall experience 5/5. worth your money! would recommend to anyone that wants a good experience and time.

Today's Mount Fuji tour was absolutely perfect. It rained yesterday, but the weather cleared up this morning. We encountered the rare good weather that our guide, Sakura, mentioned we might get, which put Sakura in high spirits, and all the tour members were delighted! We seamlessly visited several major attractions, including Hakone Shrine, the pirate ship 🛥️, Owakudani 🚠, Lake Yamanaka (Swan Lake), and Oshino Hakkai. The timing was just right, thanks to Sakura and the driver's meticulous planning! Sakura explained the history, culture, and religion on the bus, and guided us to the best photo spots when we got off. She was very responsible and competent. Coupled with the good weather and beautiful scenery, Mount Fuji was clearly visible from all the attractions throughout the trip. I felt this tour was worth every penny!

I had a day trip with a very good price and experience. The tour guide - Agnes gave us a lot of interesting information about Mt. Fuji. We went to 3 places including Fujisan 5 Gome, Oshino Hakkai and Gotemba Premium Outlets. Although it was cloudy today and we couldn't see the top of Mt. Fuji, I bought many souvenirs and enjoyed the local food.

We had so much fun! We were so lucky to see Mount Fuji very clearly! Our guide was very informative and funny as well. He gives you nice tips doe each stop. He was very nice and offered to take a photo for us. Thank you! This is my second time going on a day trip to Mount Fuji and I prefer this route more. We start with the 5th station, Oshino Hakkai, Lake Yamanaka, and last stop at Oishi Park. Last time our last stop was a shopping center and I don't like that so much since you can shop in Tokyo anytime and I would prefer to focus on choosing a great spot to see Mount Fuji. So I highly recommend it. The only downside is that it was a short amount of time to spend at Oishi Park since there was a long queue to get the ice cream and we didn't have much time to take photo and enjoy the park after finishing eating ice cream. You can't go around while eating ice cream. I would like to spend 15-20 minutes more there.

The timing of the entire trip was perfect. The tour bus was comfortable, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji at the attractions. Although we couldn't see Mount Fuji at some spots due to cloud cover, the attractions overall were still beautiful and unique. The tour guide's attentive explanations in two languages helped us better understand the characteristics of each attraction. We were very satisfied with this trip and hope to have the opportunity to participate again in the future.

Our guide, Mr. Ohashi, was very thoughtful in reminding us of the sightseeing methods and precautions for each attraction. Along the way, he explained many interesting facts about Japan with humor. We were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji! Ohashi even helped us take pictures. The most impressive attraction was Oshino Hakkai. The pond water was so clear, it felt like "all seem to swim in the void, without anything to rely on." Be sure to try the peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture!
