This hotel is a great place to stay. We spent 1 night here. We have an afternoon flight to Fukuoka. We were able to use the onsen spa before check out. It was a wonderful experience. It’s nice that the hotel is part of the airport terminal 3 and there is access to all the shops. Would definitely stay here again. Also all the staff were friendly and helpful.

helpful staff and easy to navigate around.. the room is clean and the store is nearby for a quick snack..they even have a place to keep the bags even after check out.

This is the best option if it's your first time in Tokyo. It's an excellent hotel, and the entire Gracery hotel chain in Japan is very good. The hotel is very comfortable, very entertaining due to the Godzilla theme, very beautiful, and in excellent condition. It's the best for strategically touring Tokyo. Service: excellent Cleanliness: very good Hotel location: excellent, central, and the best location for all tourist spots, especially Shinjuku and Shibuya Access to transportation: super close to the subway, bus, and even for walking

Great stay with convenience and comfort! Sotetsu Fressa Inn Tokyo Kinshicho is a fantastic choice if you want a clean, modern, and budget-friendly hotel in a super convenient location. The rooms are compact but well-designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are polite and helpful, and having Kinshicho Station just a few minutes away makes it easy to explore Tokyo. Perfect for travelers who want comfort without the fuss!

service: excellent cleanliness: very clean room hotel location: excellent location, very convenient with lots of restaurants, toy shops, stores like bic camera, yodobashi and don quixote. Staffs are very courteous and polite. They helped us check in and out. A bit expensive, hoping they can have discounts again so more people can experience a great hotel like this.

I enjoy my stay here, the room was clean, no bad smell, everyday they change your towel, everything you need like iron and adapter are available in the front desk, the staff was very friendly and helpful, no need to worry if you came early done the check in you can leave your belongings and explore Japan, they have wash room near the lobby you can change and freshen up if you came earlier than the check in, the location was near to Sensō-ji, skytree tower is visible already, ASAKUSA line train station is second away and Family mark too.. thank you for the good service.

This is a decent hotel, small but functional because you have everything that you need. Room for improvement is their wifi, it has a nad signal and you can’t even do much with it. Location wise, near eki and walking distance to Sensoji and Asakusa shopping spots.

Transportation: We utilized three subway stations, including Nakaokachimachi Station, for convenient access. Location: The area has many office buildings, so it was bustling with office workers at night. It was quieter and more pleasant than entertainment districts. There were large 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores nearby, where we could find food. There were also ramen shops and cafes, so we frequented the convenience stores. Service: The breakfast area also serves as a communal lounge on the 14th floor, and it was open for use from 5:30 PM. We bought snacks and Yuzu liquor every day and enjoyed the night view! The hotel view is amazing, so there's no need to go up to a separate tower or observatory! ♥︎ Ramen is available on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:45 PM in the same location. It seemed like you could arrive a bit later and still get some. Even though there were many people, there was always ramen left. I also recommend the unlimited free sake! Cleanliness: It's very clean and spacious, probably because it was recently built. Japanese hotels are usually so small that you can barely open a suitcase, but this place is just spacious. The bathroom is separated into a toilet/sink area and a shower room. It's spacious and clean enough for two people to use. The quality of the amenities is also good, so we used the hotel's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast: We had breakfast twice, and the menu didn't change much. The taste was good. You can also make Tonkotsu ramen! *Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Napakahusay na hotel malapit sa lahat ng bagay: istasyon ng tren/bus, pamilihan at mga kainan. Napakagaling na serbisyo ng lahat ng staff mula sa pag-check in hanggang sa housekeeping. Ang sky lounge ay napakaganda para magpahinga sa gabi para uminom at magkaroon ng magandang tanawin ng Tokyo sa gabi.
