It was super clean and organized! The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was an amazing way to start the day. I will we be coming back every time I visit Japan. Recommended!

In comparison to other Japanese hotel chains, this one didn’t really stand out to me because of the smell in front of the property, lack of air conditioning, breakfast only offering a cold each sandwich or a hot dog, and some other smaller things that every other Japanese hotel does or handles without question

Great location! It is within walking distance of 2 major stations and also LOTS of food around and shopping. The hotel itself is a little old and could use a little sprucing up or even a good deep clean. The beds were comfortable and despite being next to the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff was EXCELLENT! The hotel did its job which was to provide shelter for our family while we visited Tokyo.

All the staff were so welcoming, attentive polite and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast at the first floor restaurant was very helpful when we just wanted to eat quickly and start our day. Definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is extremely well situated, close to two metro stops as well as numerous restaurants and shopping. It’s is also very close to Ueno Park and the Sensoji Shrine. The room was clean and perfect for a few nights in Tokyo. The breakfast option was convenient and tasty. The staff were extremely polite and helpful when ordering a taxi for the airport.
