Squished in rooms, staff are unpleasant and unhelpful, one small lounge for hundreds of guests in the lobby, squeezed together while paying guests get upgraded lounge experience. No water avaliable in greeting area. Breakfast costs a fortune. Its all about making money here, spend yours somewhere else...
