comfortable hotel with great location to grand Batam mall, BCS mall and various massages and salons area. many food options nearby too. sound proofing could be better but not too big of an issue. overall, great stay with a good variety of hotel breakfast too, will come back

Staff is friendly and the place is really nice and relaxing with the private pool. good location too !

our room looks like old due to the door of the toilet cannot be closed properly, the sliding door going to the pool so hard to close. cleanliness also could improve. it looks like the bed did not change the mattress and duvet. but the staff are very accommodating.

hotel location: a 15 minute distance to Nagoya, accessible since it's located on main road breakfast: a good spread of local and international food service: great staff, they were all warm and friendly cleanliness: room was really clean and larger than we expected

Room was nice & clean. Staff were efficient & friendly. I had a very comfortable 2 night stay eventhough it wasn’t my first time here I enjoyed it very much.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff were energetic and friendly. During breakfast, there was a dance segment, and for guests celebrating their birthday on the actual day, the staff sang and presented a birthday cake, which pleasantly surprised and delighted my family. The hotel is conveniently located next to the pier, with a large shopping mall nearby.

Our recent stay at Oakwood Batam was truly enjoyable. We were very impressed with the warm hospitality, friendly and attentive staff, and the overall comfort of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. We also appreciated the excellent service throughout our stay and the staff’s genuine effort to make us feel welcome. Everything was well taken care of, and we had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Thank you to the entire Oakwood Batam team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable one. It was a great stay at Batam View! Great food at Wangi Melati Cafe and breakfast buffet was really worth it. Would definitely come back to try out the activities :) Shuttle bus from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal was very convenient too! Highly recommended!!
