comfortable hotel with great location to grand Batam mall, BCS mall and various massages and salons area. many food options nearby too. sound proofing could be better but not too big of an issue. overall, great stay with a good variety of hotel breakfast too, will come back

Great resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, neat and tidy. However we were disappointed that wakeboarding was not available when we wanted to have some water sports activities. Overall, a decent resort

Great stay overall. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. Had a really pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. 清洁度：👍👍👍

It was a great stay at Batam View! Great food at Wangi Melati Cafe and breakfast buffet was really worth it. Would definitely come back to try out the activities :) Shuttle bus from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal was very convenient too! Highly recommended!!

We stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay Batam for 4 nights and had an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for those arriving by ferry, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and massage centres nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The facilities were well maintained, although some areas could benefit from a slight refresh. Overall, it is a good hotel that offers value for money and is suitable for families, couples, and short getaways. We had a pleasant stay and would consider returning on our next trip to Batam.

Booked for one night. Friendly doorman and counter staff. Spacious room. Convenient location, walking distance to Grand Batam Mall. Bathroom is quite small but adequate for one night’s stay.

our room looks like old due to the door of the toilet cannot be closed properly, the sliding door going to the pool so hard to close. cleanliness also could improve. it looks like the bed did not change the mattress and duvet. but the staff are very accommodating.
