Great stay overall. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. Had a really pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. 清洁度：👍👍👍

Great resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, neat and tidy. However we were disappointed that wakeboarding was not available when we wanted to have some water sports activities. Overall, a decent resort

The staff are friendly, and the beach is very clean. There are pools both above and below that face the clean beach, and the dinner menu is delicious.

Stayed here for a short getaway and it was a solid choice. The location is convenient, staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms were clean and the overall vibe of the hotel had a nice artsy touch that made it feel different from your typical business hotel. Would return!

Booked for one night. Friendly doorman and counter staff. Spacious room. Convenient location, walking distance to Grand Batam Mall. Bathroom is quite small but adequate for one night’s stay.
