We stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay Batam for 4 nights and had an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for those arriving by ferry, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and massage centres nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The facilities were well maintained, although some areas could benefit from a slight refresh. Overall, it is a good hotel that offers value for money and is suitable for families, couples, and short getaways. We had a pleasant stay and would consider returning on our next trip to Batam.

It is very near Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal, connected with the Harbor Bay Mall. It is a walking distance from the ferry terminal to the Harbor Bay Mall and then to the hotel, with good options until late night. Recommended at this price point.

our room looks like old due to the door of the toilet cannot be closed properly, the sliding door going to the pool so hard to close. cleanliness also could improve. it looks like the bed did not change the mattress and duvet. but the staff are very accommodating.

hotel location: a 15 minute distance to Nagoya, accessible since it's located on main road breakfast: a good spread of local and international food service: great staff, they were all warm and friendly cleanliness: room was really clean and larger than we expected

Room will good and comfortable, even comes with a coffee machine for daily necessities(Towels, Soap, toothbrushes bottled water and coffee) it was very convenient, as you can request from the staff, and they will deliver it to your room

I booked this hotel for the first time and it gives me a wonderful experience. First, I requested for a early check-in via Whatapp one day in advance. The staff inform me it is subjected to the room availability. Yes I respect that. But during the actual day of check-in... Wow the counter lady makes my day. She let me check-in at 12.30pm instead when I arrived early. Secondly, every time I go out of the hotel and come back to the hotel, I was greeted by the security at the main door. Wow impressive. The room that I stay was clean and the space is big. Unlike other hotel that I always stay gives me unpleasant smell and noise. That's why I give it a try on this hotel for my first time. I will stay here again next month. The location is good. You don't even have to take a grab to go grand Batam mall because the mall is just beside this hotel. Overall is fantastic. My 3days 2night stay is so wonderful. Thanks everyone for giving me such a wonderful experience. Kelvin Singapore

This hotel continues to offer excellent value for money thanks to its prime location within walking distance of BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, A2 Food Court, and numerous massage outlets. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the shower has excellent water pressure, and breakfast has improved significantly since my last stay. However, the property is clearly showing its age and is overdue for refurbishment. The biggest drawback is the underperforming air-conditioning, which struggles to cool the room adequately even at the lowest temperature setting. The minibar fridge is also ineffective, and some amenities, such as refillable bathroom dispensers and hand towels, would enhance the guest experience. Overall, despite its aging facilities, this remains a good budget-friendly option in a highly convenient location. If the hotel invests in renovations and upgrades its air-conditioning system, it would be an even stronger choice for future stays.

Our recent stay at Oakwood Batam was truly enjoyable. We were very impressed with the warm hospitality, friendly and attentive staff, and the overall comfort of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. We also appreciated the excellent service throughout our stay and the staff’s genuine effort to make us feel welcome. Everything was well taken care of, and we had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Thank you to the entire Oakwood Batam team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable one.
